Matt and his team gave us a new roof last fall. From that time, it has looked great and performed the same. Our experience with Eri Exteriors was exceptional. They were recommended to us by a friend, and I can see why. Matt worked with us and the insurance company (not just the adjustor). Truthfully, I was dreading the whole insurance process, and I can honestly say my concerns just never materialized. Eri Exteriors were our advocate. On to the actual roof replacement: It's really quite straightforward. They arrived when they said they would. They were done when they said they would. The workmanship was what they said it would be, except for one thing...they went above and beyond to identify a potential future issue and took care of it. Matt followed up a few days later to confirm we were happy. He even walked the perimeter of the house to make sure there were no extra nails laying around.

In short, we are very happy with our experience with Eri Exteriors and happily give them our strong recommendation.

Eri did a fantastic job on my roof. He found me the color I wanted then went above my expectations by putting on a new chimney and updating the paint on trim. Very honest and fair. He took care of meeting with my insurance adjuster as well. I basically did nothing but choose the color. His crew was very professional and respected my property below the roof. Clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

They worked with me and with my homeowners insurance to help reduce my out of pocket costs. They also did a terrific job of clean up and have stayed in touch after subsequent wind and hail storms including coming back to check and make sure everything is still in fantastic shape which it is. ERI Exteriors is off the charts fantastic! They did an outstanding job a year ago replacing my roof/shingles following a severe storm and really worked with me and with my insurance to get me a terrific good deal price. They finished my large roof in one day. I called ERI owner Matt with a question about an attic vent fan that wasn’t working and that they didn’t touch when they fixed my roof, and the owner and one of his crew came out to my house on 48 hrs notice and replaced it for me . They have even come to my house following storm events for courtesy roof checkups. ERI Exteriors gets my highest contractor recommendation.
