Wineman’s Improvements

Isaiah at Wineman’s Improvements has done two projects at my home—fireplace tiling with a mantle and a full deck rebuild. Both times he was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly. Great quality work! I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects.

Isaiah with Winemans Improvements replaced our second floor deck this spring and I'm very pleased with the work he did. In addition to the competitive price, I found Isaiah easy to work with and highly skilled in all things to do with construction. He had helpful and cost saving ideas as we worked through the design, brought in his support crew at appropriate times to make maximum progress, was attentive to my concerns & preferences, and consistently hustled the project along to complete the work to my satisfaction and as quickly as could be expected during the busy summer building season.

We had Isaiah and his team demolish and replace our front porch in Eagle River. They did fantastic quick work. We would absolutely recommend them to our neighbors. Thank you again!

The winter of 2022 was pretty stout in the South Central region of Alaska. Like many folks we suffered water damage as a result. A combination of heavy snowfall and a poorly designed roof vent were the culprits. Our former contractor failed to return calls and text messages so the search was on for a new one. Three contractors and a roofing crew looked at the job and fielded the question of what caused the problem. Isaiah was on site for five minutes with me when he pointed out the probable cause! The afore mentioned poorly designed roof vent.

He was on time and conducted himself in the most professional manner. Not only was he "on time and on target", but his rates beat the competition as well. Along with completeing all the requested repairs he conducted research on upcoming projects we have lined up. This saved us money! Having him confirm our theories and help us plan ahead instead of reacting was huge!

In addition to our initial repairs, we had a "wind damage emergency". Just days before our first heavy snowfall this winter, 2023, our roof vent was torn free! Isaiah not only picked up the phone on a cold call, but came over that day to make the repairs. Fiting us into his busy schedule on such short notice was awesome and absolutely saved us from further isssues,
