RCB Construction from start to finish did not meet or keep deadlines doing a vinyl fence job. They make promises and do not keep them. Lack of communication is null to void. Their workmanship is poor quality. When you call them out on it, and ask to have a meeting/conversation/fix the issues, Russ does not show up to the meeting without any communication as to why. He gets on the defense almost threatening/accusing. There was an issue on my RV side w/ slope and height. Russ and his crew didn't discontinue work and reconvey with us as the homeowners to fix the issue, just continued on with setting the poles resulting in bad layout on his part of which he will not have a conversation about fixing. (again the defense/threats) Not to mention we have rails shorter than should be in all areas, the wrong screws, that are now pulling through because of the shortened rails, bottom rails underneath concrete rather than on top. Too much to list here. From start to finish, the job resulted in the time frame of six months: end of Aug-end of Mar (for a vinyl fence). Highly disappointed in their workmanship and professionalism.

I had a horrible experience with Russ and RCB Construction. Not only did he not show up when he said he would, but the quality of work that we were left with was horrible. I am now having to hire another company to fix him and his crews work. Terrible communication, Russ is very rude, over promises and under delivers.
