I worked with Jim to patch an old flat roof over a 3-car garage in Capital Hill. He offered me a patch price and a new roof price. I accepted the patch offer and he came out the next day to complete the job. It was well done and ended up patching more areas than anticipated. I had to call him back out for some additional work, which was not on the original bid, and he is completing that work now (October 3, 2024) at no additional cost. Finally, Jim responds promptly to all of my texts. I highly recommend RC Roofing.
