Good Product and Terrible Customer Service.

I needed two setups: one for summer rainbarrels and the other for winter. I povided Rob with a detailed drawing, agreed to pay extra, and offered to be home for the installation.

Rob did not purchase enough material to complete 2/4 downspouts resulting in the downspouts left 12" above the ground. When I called Rob to ask him to finish the job properly he used belittling tactics then tried intimidation (yelling and Profanity) to get me to accept the job.

Instead I provided Rob with the measurements I would need to finish the job properly, asked him to meet me in town, and told him that he was not welcome on my property.
