Mark charged us thousands of dollars for supplies that weren't bought and services that weren't done. He refused to provide an itemized invoice after the work was completed, and he started getting aggressive and trying to bully us when we questioned the amount. He forced us to get lawyers involved after he refused to provide any sort of paperwork, at which point he did come down ~$2000 on his price. Would never use him again or recommend him to anyone.
