We needed our attic fan replaced and HVAC company could/wouldn’t do it. One call and Raycon came out for estimate then did excellent work the next day. They spotted some missing shingles and took care of them while on the roof. All work was professional and they cleaned up thoroughly when done. Would definitely call them again!

After Hurricane Ida, RayCon did a wonderful job building new roof, a not so easy job because the entire surface required redecking. The guys were prompt, on time, courteous, and did their best working multiple days dodging rain storm after rain storm. I also appreciated them cleaning up so well. Love the Nantucket Sky color they offer. Hopefully I won’t have to call them anytime soon myself, but I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair!

They arrived early ready to go. The crew were hard working & paid attention to detail. They went through my property several times looking for stray nails & debris. They were eve able to replace my flat roof. Terry & Ray were a pleasure to work with. They explained the different levels of roof choices in detail. I highly recommend Raycon.

Waiting for the Free Blue Tarp Roof Program of LA for ten days after Hurricane Ida ravaged our New Orleans East home's steep 11 pitch roof, my husband and I were facing a grave dilemma...what company could we call at this late hour to repair our roof before the effects of on-coming Hurricane Nicholas with its heavy on-going rain would devastate our untarped home?
I searched and prayed to find a company that I could convince to help us and Raycon Roofing appeared before me with several photos of new construction with several steep roof lines minus shingles. I knew without a doubt to make the dire phone call. The mysteriously kind, compassionate voice on the other side of the call was Mr. Ray! Imagine my relief that I am connected to the only person in this company who could make my worry disappear! Mr. Ray listened, evaluated our damaged roof photos, gave us a financial plan, and gave his word that he would send his crew the very next end of day despite a full day's schedule he had in place. Mr. Ray raised our confidence, took stress off our shoulders, when his crew showed up the very next end of day as promised.
We will always remember and appreciate the attentive, compassionate, and professional Mr. Ray. During our initial call to him, Mr. Ray was in Biloxi, Mississippi, with family attending to laying his grandfather to rest, yet found the time and interest in helping a family in need and we are most humbly grateful.

i had a couple of other come out to give me quotes on replacing the roof on my small house and went with raycon on the recommendation of a friend whose judgement i trust. actually, it was that and the fact that terry gave me a folder w all kinds of info and options, which is something the other companies didn’t do. both terry and david explained everything clearly and raycon came off as more professional because of it. the work was done in two days (off and on rain) and besides the priceless value of peace of mind (before hurricane season and after a recent leak) they also managed to save the original decorative ridge tiles along my roof’s ridge. only after did i realize i probably would have cried if they couldn’t be saved!! the roof looks great, my ridge tiles are still on my house, and it was all done as told and the cleanup was good. i highly recommend them!

Raycon replaced the roof at my home with a new roof a few months back. Terry was very professional and responsive. The bid process was smooth and the prices were competitive. His team completed the job on time. A few days after completion, we noticed a minor issue that was addressed within 48 hours. I will recommend Raycon to friends and familiy.

Terry and Pete with Raycon were great. Terry came out the same day I called to take a look at a leak I had, immediately diagnosed the problem (flashing laid incorrectly) and scheduled to come fix it at my convenience. He and Pete showed up on time and even fixed another small problem area he noticed while we were looking at the general condition of my roof. Will definitely be using Raycon again in the future!

Excellent service, Fantastic quality of work, Attention to detail, Perfectionist. Short sum of Terry's roofing work that I hired him for. All around a great guy, very personable, easy to work with. It is hard to find companies/people to actually care about the quality of work you are paying for. I personally worked with Terry on a roofing project that I needed taken care of on a house flip I was working on. It was a mess prior to hiring him. I had a small waterfall coming in from the roof straight to my kitchen. (this was a New Orleans home that was about 140 years old). Terry identified the problem very quickly and jumped on the opportunity to work with me. I couldn't have been happier with the work I received from him. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

Despite my condo association getting repairs done in another manner, I wanted to share my experience during my estimate. Pete managed to get on my 3rd floor roof in an athletic and brave fashion and when the next contractor came for his estimate, Pete came back to share photos with him so that he wouldn't have to use his ladder with his son in an unsafe manner. Never seen anything like it and a stand up guy move!

I have owned a corner lot for the past 29 years. I have removed more signs political, yard sale...advertisting you name it I removed it. I refused to let anyone advertise or share their opinion on my property because I DO NOT.

With that being said... You will be the first yard sign to make the cut.. I was picking up nails and multiple cars lowered the window to tell me "nice" and "looks great".. My favorite is WOW MS SUZY new house!

I lost all respect in contractor (It was not going to be easy for Pete) after working for a non profit after Katrina for 7 years,  repairing and making families whole. I have seen contractor causing more damage than the storm and insurance companies combined..

During Hurricane Barry the wind blew the ridge vent off. Called Terry in the middle of the storm and within 15 minutes he was here and fixed the problem. Probably saved us thousands of dollars by preventing the rain from coming in. I would definitely recommend his services.

We were experiencing multiple roof leaks at our home in Chateau Estates and called many roofing companies to come give us an estimate to no avail. Some didn't even answer the phone or call us back. Like a Knight in Shining armor Terry with Raycon Contractors came to the rescue. Terry answered the phone on the first attempt and I was talking to an owner. Terry was very attentive on the phone and even though we only needed a repair he treated us as if we were re roofing the Superdome. Surely I thought this was too good to be true!!!! Less then 24 hours from the first point of contact Raycon was on site assessing the issues with our roof. They found that our chimney was leaking and immediately began surgery on our roof.
Raycon installed a new cricket and proper flashing to ensure no more water intrusion. On top of everything Raycon had done and how fast their response time was they gave me a fair price. In an age where people really take advantage of people in desperate situations Raycon chose to be fair and honest. We have surely found a diamond in the rough with Raycon Contractors and will call them for all of our roofing needs. I had my roof replaced in January 2014. His crew did an outstanding job considering there were back to back ice storms. As you can see, the roof still looks fabulous. Terry truly is honest and professional. The price was definitely right!

I live in the St. Rose area and Terry Telschow worked with my insurance company to get them to pay for a new roof after my roof was damaged during a storm. I wasn't sure about the process with my insurance but Terry made the call for me an negotiated the price with them. It only cost me my deductible. They installed the new roof in a day and a half and left my yard clean. The process was easy and professional. I would definitely use them again.
