Rayco did the roof at the building i live. I called them after asking there guys to pick up styrene foam , assorted other roofing materials, fiberglass insulation that was probably in tear off. The rude woman in the office.Got defensive right away. I watched them tear off the majority of the roof . They did not cover sections that night and it rained. Water dripped through 3rd floor ceilings the next day during rain and half the following day.These 3rd floor apartments didnot leak before. There were others that did but these were new damages due to poor time management and not being able to close up the roof before dark. I was a local 96 roofer for years. We placed a dumpster to toss are scrap down a shute off the side of a building . Usually a long tarp leading to dumpster. They didnt clean site each night at jobs day end.i found materials a block away from winds. Theyre careless, and talk rude to you from on the roof. I speak spanish and they were unaware i could understand there insults. I told them to go f themselves which im sorry for. But the office woman made it worse. They didnt comply to maplewood noise codes.I cut them slack . No noise before 8 am . This is residential property. I and my neighbors have picked up trash now a total of 5 hours. Small pieces of styrene that expands in the intestines of dogs if swallowed. One dog was taken to woodbury Animal hospital . It was in there 4 days and a bill of $1800. This because of intestinal problems. I ask that they hire a young trainee to kerp grounds clean. I was told by office they agree. I asked foreman . They pick up big pieces 1 foot long or more. Too many pieces of multiple materials are not picked up. Sad a large company couldnt try to have a better reputation. I hope the owners here hire a roofing inspector to sample cut roof. Rayco clean up your act. Train your staff courtesy and they get it in return. Hire a forman that doesnt lie to you about leaving roofs open.Personally i would fix the new ceiling damage you caused. Be the good guy in business.

Outstanding company that does great work at a great value! Top notch service with over the top dedication to satisfaction. Gabe and Ken and the rest of the crew are easy to work with and deliver results. There was an accidental issue during our roof replacement and I couldn't have asked Rayco to handle it any better. They embody a superior level of customer service. The team has come back twice to check on some leaking that I though was from the roof, but was actually a plumbing issue. They were completely patient and understanding through the whole process. An absolute pleasure to hire this company.

This was the most unsafe company I've ever seen. 3 stories up on an apartment building throwing shingles and pieces of plywood off the roof. No CAUTION tape no spotters no one cared about the safety of the apartment tenants. An 8" x 12' board almost hit somebody. Even When Tony the boss was called 2 times he didn't do much to help the situation. Now that they are done i have picked up 28 nails off the side walks so far. another safety issue.
