Three years ago they did my entire roof, gutters and downspouts also coordinated a contractor to do new siding. It looks amazing! Alex is attentive to any follow up questions and handled everything with the insurance company. It was a smooth and easy transaction!

When we decided we needed to reroute one of the downspouts this week. Alex was again very helpful to get the part needed and make the change quickly. Highly recommend!

We notified Ray Gilbert and Sons about a shingle that flew out of place. Chelsea came out and took care of it within a couple days, and she made sure to come out before the next rainfall. She really took time to make sure we were taken care of in the middle of a busy season, and everything is water-tight. She even checked out some other concerns I had while she was on our roof. Couldn't recommend RGS more.

We can not say enough positive things about this company. Initially they looked at the roof, made a few quick repairs--no charge. Then they replaced our gutters--wonderful job. Now they just replaced our roof and Alex and his wife even came back later, went over the entire yard to pick up nails and went over the roof as they walked it to make sure all was well. Excellent experience.

I did not pick this company to re-roof my house, however I should have.
I have met with many roofers and eventually hired a company with many years in business. I have to say that dealing with them is a nightmare compared to dealing with Alex from RGS.
Alex had a digital contract easy to understand instead of a chicken scratch single page cookie cutter contract written on the hood of a truck like the others. Alex actually listened to what I wanted and due to my impatience, I decided to go with someone else. That was a mistake.
If I could go back in time, I would pick RGS to fix my house up.

Alex came out and explained why one section - which had been replaced years earlier incorrectly, then had been patched repeatedly - was leaking. Gave me a quote and then came out and did the repair quickly. Hasn't leaked since. Very happy with their service.

Working with RGS was a top notch experience. Started by requesting a bid through their website over the weekend. Alex reached out Tuesday morning and by Friday we had a signed contract. At all times, Alex's communications were prompt and professional. On installation day, the crew arrived at 7am and completed the job that day. They worked very hard and did an excellent job cleaning up. The materials used were first-rate. Based on our experience, RGS Roofing should be your preferred supplier!

Alex is a nice guy and be very helpful for the inspection and insurance claim. There was a lot of raining and the temperature was low for the early Spring and it was challenge to find a nice day to do the installation. Alex kept watching the weather forecast and finally got a nice and warm day for the installation The installation crews are professional and the work was done smoothly in a day. RGS did an outstanding job replacing my roof, skylight & gutters. Alex met the insurance rep at my house, even went up on the roof to inspect for damage He then worked with the insurance company to insure all hail damaged items were replaced, even got the insurance company to replace my chimney cap. He explained the roofing installation in detail and worked with us to get the job done quickly as we were selling our home. The whole job was completed within two weeks and the team cleaned up so well and left no materials behind. Alex even followed up after the job was done to make sure we were pleased. Weeks after the install was complete, we needed some lien waivers while Alex was on vacation in which I texted him and he took the time to make sure the liens were completed so we could sell/close our house on time. Now that's great customer service. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

They fixed a roof leak around the flashing on my fireplace. He came ahead of schedule (I'm sure giving up his "off time") to get it fixed. Really good work and great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Tommy and Alex were both very professional and helpful. They met my adjuster on site to help get the roof covered by pointing out all the damage.
