Ray Corporation

Ray Corp completed lead abatement work on our home, and did an extremely poor job. The quality of the work was terrible. To top it off, during the “cleaning” process they ruined our brand new floors. When we approached them about returning the floors to their previous condition they stopped responding. 10/10 would not recommend this company if you have other options for lead abatement contractors.

I had Ray Corp. do a fairly extensive renovation on a multi family property in Auburn. Work included roofing, installing a significant dormer, new kitchens, new flooring, some plumbing work, and retaining walls. The work was good, and the communication was even better. What I appreciated beyond anything else was the follow through and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

We worked with Raycorp on a residing and lead mitigation project for roughly 6 months (break between indoor and outdoor work). We interacted with close to ten different staff, including the principal.

To a one, each person was competent in trade work, a good communicator, professional and responsive to our (many) questions and change orders.

No project goes exactly as planned, but complications and deviations from the plan were consistently brought to a satisfactory result due to the willingness of Raycorp to listen and provide flexible and creative solutions to our needs. They were patient, friendly and really know their craft.

I'd recommend them to anyone doing this kind of work.
