Lance came by and did a roof inspection on our home. He was able to seal some gaping holes around the chimney and was able to identify some hail and wind damage so we can work with our insurance company to get it repaired. He was professional and competent. Will use again and I do recommend them.

We are a general contractor and called Lance for a bid. He gave us a good bid, he got in and did the work with speed.

A truck pulling a trailer with this logo passed me on the highway, the trailer had a very loosely secured tarp covering the wood scrap in the trailer, and I bet you can guess what flew out and hit my windshield as the truck passed me at 70+mph. If their guys don't know how to tie down a tarp I don't even want to know what their work looks like.

Raved Roofing did a great job by replacing our entire roof that had been damaged in a horrendous wind storm. They were super to work with and addressed all of our needs.

Lance was awesome to work with. He knew exactly what we needed and they did a fabulous job wrapping our garage doors. I would hire them again for any other work that we needed done.

Lance is such a great guy. Did my mom’s roof 25 years ago and is still holding well. She had a windstorm and with all the rain had to have a small spot patched, but has several years left on it.

We that we had some problems with the gravel coming off the shingles and they came right out to inspect it and couldn’t see anything unusual.

They were great. They came out a few months ago and we’re able to get me a quote. When I was finally able to pull the trigger I called them up again and they were able to come out the next day. They were able to fix the leak, and also covered my old swamp cooler hole. Any changes or anything that came up we were told about it and was able to be worked out. Will use them again in the future!

I contacted Lance about an issue with my ridge vent.
Another company came in and said they needed to replace my entire roof (4 yrs old) and degraded the work of a reputable, but retired, roofer.
Lance came in quickly and did the work for less than his estimate. Who does that? Only men of character, that's who.

We had to fix a hole in our roof which led to repairs of our inside ceiling. While fixing our water problem, we asked them to help us with new lighting and ceiling in our kitchen. We loved everything they did for us and it was so convenient to work with one person that coordinated all the work we had done. From California to Utah. Utah seems to be famous for unpredictable wind and storms, recently one attacked our skylight. We heard and seen the suction from the wind but didn’t realize til’ days later our bathroom skylight had been completely sucked off it’s frame, cracked and spread out to the neighboring yard. These guys are phenomenal! The roof turned out beautiful and they were quick to get it done. And the gutters were perfect. I am so pleased with the work that was done and I would recommend them to anyone.

Was able to remove pesky swamp cooler from roof and patch hole afterwards. No more leaks into home now! I'm thankful the guys got to the home quickly and made sure everything was completed correctly.

Lance and his guys did a great job! All were kind, knowledgeable, hardworking and detail oriented. Any concerns or questions were taken seriously and resolved quickly. (There are some funky angles to deal with and a fireplace.) All were given great care and attention. Clean up was meticulous and they even cleaned out the rain gutters!
The price was honest and fair.
All in all I couldn't ask for more!

Lance was incredible. We had a leak in a roof over a sun room and he came out and knew exactly what was happening and was able to provide an estimate right away. He also was able to repair it right away.
