Truth be told, my interaction with the company started with a miscommunication. But that’s when the owner stepped in and from then on, the project flowed like a song. After I complained that it’s taking too long to get an estimate, the owner immediately called me and in less than an hour came over (on a Saturday) to himself understand my project, then again came over the next morning to personally present the estimate (on a Sunday), and a four-person crew completed the job with meticulous precision and attention to detail on Monday. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone—from the top guys’ commitment to doing things right and earning my business to the extremely hard-working, disciplined, and careful workers who executed the job. My stone yard looks fantastic!
