Needed some roofing work done on a house we were selling, and Rapid Roofing came out on time and did quality repairs at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had a question about roofing ventilation. Rapid Roofing manager Dan came out at no cost to do an assessment. Told me all looked good and no modifications are required. I appreciate his honesty as I had another company come in and they quoted me a “fix” for 3k-7k. It’s good to know there are some stand up companies out there that are here to help and not try and rip you off.

They did a great job and also did a little more than I thought they would it was well worth the money.

From the Roof Inspection to the issues identified, Rapid Roofing Plus, LLC has been a pleasure to work with! Emphasis on ‘with’ as the verbal and written communication is understandable. The inspection gave us reassurance that our roof is in good shape and the issues identified were repaired timely. Was in the process of planning the installation of solar on our home in PebbleCreek here in Goodyear, AZ. The underlayment under our clay tiles were nearing the end of their lifespan. I requested bids from three different companies and selected Rapid Roofing after consulting directly with Robert Barnett, the President of the company. His proposal was extremely detailed, very competitive and through extensive research in my community came with a long list of recent positive recommendations for similar work. The work was completed in a timely fashion and additional clay tiles were included at no cost to comply with current building codes. His workmanship and product warranties are the best that I found. My solar installation followed soon after with no issues. Mr. Barnett runs a very customer focused business and am very happy with my decision. A job well done!

A great company to work with, the process was smooth from contacting Lexi and having all questions answered. To having an excellent crew, work together to complete a reroof, after 20 years I chose to make the move a before a leak appears with an affordable bid. They are very through and more importantly they all communicate when you have any questions or concerns.

My house is 20 years old and had prior storm damage roof repairs by another company 2 years ago. At the time they said I had a couple more years. I decided to replace the underlayment before the next monsoon. I asked a contractor friend and he said Rapid Roofing is the only roofer he recommends because of the quality of their work and their honesty. I noticed this was the same company who worked on the house next door so I had seen them in action. From the first phone call to Dan coming the next day to give me an estimate to the actual work crews, I could not have been more pleased. They covered my pool, cleaned up, including blowing each day and when they left, the only sign they had been there was a beautiful new roof done at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had some broken tiles replaced. We are completely satisfied with their work and their professionalism. We were recommended to them from a neighbor and will recommend them to anyone. Pricing was less that other quotes.

I had attempted to use this service. I made a appointment to get a bid on my roof a week in advance. I called the day of the appointment and was informed it would be pushed back 30mins to an hour and I was completely ok with that. I was then called by the person who was to come out and was told they would not be coming out today and to call or text if I still wanted them to come out the next day. I called and left a message (as it went directly to voicemail with no rings) as well as texted and got zero replies. I called the office the following day and they seem confused and was told they call me back after speaking with the guy that was to come out. Over 2 hours later I am here writing this review. I normally dont bother doing reviews. But make me wait a week then waste a day and then dont even follow up the next day or even respond. Sad.

I called Thursday and they came out Monday and did a roof repair that was very affordable I would recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with the work that was done.

We called this company as soon as they opened on a rainy morning. We were not able to get ahold of the guy who we had a warranty with (different company) . They had someone (Dan) coming out same day for a rush appt with a fully booked schedule to put a tarp up for us just incase the rain continued . They were here right when they said they would be and gave me notice when on the way. Rapid roofing came highly recommend from a friend. We were not disappointed with the response and effort to help us in a big rush.

We found tiles in our yard and called several companies including Rapid Roofing. They came out, assessed the damage, and gave is a fair and reasonable quote. We booked the repair and they completed it as scheduled and at the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Rapid Roofing and hire them again.

Horrible experience. I had an roof inspection done and need the quote. Called over 10 time and countless voicemails, emails, text with out a response until I mentioned through an email that I would write a review of them. Only then did they call back and gave a poor excuse. Sorry that is not how you run a business!

The owner of the company and his crew were punctual, professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. If I'm ever in need of any other roofing needs I'll definitely contact them. They say you get what you pay for and I paid for quality work and peace of mind.

Wanted to help my small business community and had an estimate done. That process was good. They came on time as promised. Well that was two weeks ago and have not heard from them after leaving messages and emails trying to findout how much the estimate was or when it can be done. Was told an estimate would be done and emailed to me the following day. Well I tried being patient but went with another roofing service.
