OJordan, Anthony, and Krisher were amazing and helped us during the process of figuring out what is damage and helping us salvage what could be salvaged. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m glad that we were able to find them. They got to our house within one hour after we made the call to their company. Everything has been great so far.

People and performance make the difference! Big thanks to Krisher, Jordan, Anthony and Especially Luis Parado for making an unpleasant situation not so bad. A poorly installed toilet led to years of nasty seepage into the floor and ceiling below. They mitigated the toxic aftermath and made things right again, in just a few days the area was cleaned up. I am a family member of your recent clients. I was in contact with the (recent clients) on a weekly basis and even though the review given was respectful, the truth is there was constant unprofessional communications and workmanship issues even issues with Kelsey. Issues all over the place things like construction, installations, late changes in designs, late purchasing days were way out, materials wrong, several visits after punch inspections, on and on. Needless to say still unsatisfied (recent clients) this has cause a ton of anguish for a (recent clients) to handle.

We are very happy with the help ServePro of Buckeye is giving us as we process through a stressful situation. All of the people (Chris, Anthony, Felicia, Kendrick, Luis, Jordan and Krisher, as well as the office staff) have been very calm, efficient, and professional in helping to resolve the mitigation of the problem we had. Their communication has been top notch, and they were always willing to answer questions, taking the time to make sure that we were comfortable in what had to be done. Well done, folks!

Our house in August 2024 had a little piece no bigger than a dime break underneath our sink when my husband returned home our whole house was flooded the first people I thought it was Servpro. They came out immediately got all the water sucked up, put in fans humidifiers that pulled the moisture out of the air. They were my go to when my insurance company wasn’t answering back. They knew the answers that I was looking for Kelsey, Brandon and Alondra were awesome. I know they got tired of hearing me as well as the girls who answered the phone Teresa and Haley. It took us eight months to get our contents back because of insurance company showing no sign of urgency. Servpro was there to answer like I said any and all And showed their concern of what was going on in our lives. The day finally came, And Christopher, Anthony and Felicia showed up at my door with a team. That was awesome and got three pods and loaded professionally. They removed all the plastic and blankets offered to wipe down things move things around if I needed it they were just awesome. I recommend Servpro for any type of restoration whether it be water fire natural disasters call Servpro they’ll take good care of you.

I can’t say enough good things about the SERVPRO team that came to help me—Anthony, Christopher, and Kendrick were absolutely amazing! I was a mess dealing with a major flood in my kitchen from the ceiling, and they stepped in with calm, clarity, and total professionalism. From the moment they arrived, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their energy is so trustworthy and reassuring—it really made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

This company is the best! I am so impressed with the design of my house thanks to Brandon. From all the workers to the office people thank you so very much for making me proud to open my front door. All products they use were top-of-the-line. Please have Chad call me with issues of cashing my check from State Farm. I have paid you out of pocket. I have tried to reach out and I do not get any response. Today is July 10 this company has not completed my house. They subcontracted FDH to do the drywall and paint the ceiling in my garage and it is falling apart. I have a lot of other issues with this company and I don't understand why they will not get back with me

I cannot sing the praises for Krisher loud enough. This young man was sent to our home by State Farm to evaluate water damage. Krisher was on time, polite, respectful and extremely thorough. Aside from those amazing qualities, Krisher graciously helped tarp the problem area of our home. This was not part of his responsibility, yet he did it with such care and detail. Servpro is so fortunate to have this young man a a representative for their company. Thank you again Krisher, you are an amazing human being.

We had a fire at our home in 12/24. We called Servpro and Troy and his mitigation team showed up. They were always professional and answered all our texts and calls timely. We are still in the middle of the process but the fire mitigation team got us off to a good start.

We had a small stove fire where smoke filled the kitchen. Nick came right out and set us up with a hydroxyl fan in the kitchen and living room.He also wiped down my entire kitchen even though there was not soot on the walls. Nick was great to work with. He was friendly and understanding.

Everyone was very professional and their work was phenomenal when I had my fire loss. They worked with my insurance directly and I barely had to do anything. I would recommend them!

Major water damage due to the condo above me toilet tank breaking and her not being able to shut off her water for three hours! They have worked long days long hours hard work and Christopher, David, Kendrick and Jordan did an amazing job!

We want to say thank you to Jordan , Hector & Jesus at ServPro. We had a leak from inside the wall and didn’t realize until it was too late. I filed our homeowners claim and within an hour ServPro was calling to set up an appointment for the same morning and we couldn’t be happier with their staff. Jordan, Hector & Jesus were just the best. Their kindness, knowledge and professionalism is why we will recommend them to anyone who needs ServPro and their services. They did their inspection, walked us through the entire process step by step, asking if we had questions along the way and took the time to address questions and concerns. Then they and got to work. They came by the next day to do more work and came by daily until their part of the job was done. Now we start reconstruction. We were disappointed that Jordan, Hector & Jesus won’t be part of this phase of work but Jordan says he is leaving us in great hands. Thank you ServPro!

We had a few hick-ups but all were resolved in quick order and the finished product is beautiful after having to replace the flooring in the master bedroom, bath and craftroom.

I needed help. It was Christmas Eve and suddenly they is water dripping inside the garage. It had started raining the night before and suddenly there was water leaking from the ceiling. I knew there are pipes going through the ceiling in that area and had no idea if it was leak from the roof or from a pipe.
Called Serv Pro and they showed up on Christmas Eve, found the problem, it was a pipe and if you have PEX pipes better have Serv Pro on speed dial. , stopped the leak and started the mitigation.

We a water leak in our winter home in AZ and our insurance company called ServPro to come out. (Insurance didn't cover the claim so it was self pay). ServPro did the cleanup, demo, and rebuild. But it took many months for them to finish the job due to unskilled employees, forgetting to bring items, having to reorder because of bad measurements, re-doing work of their other employees, calling in plumber three times, etc. Deadlines were never met and we were very unhappy paying them approximately $100K. I would NOT recommend them.

Absolutely 100% recommend Servpro of Buckeye/West Surprise/Wickenburg! The evening of our "flood", Nick and his team rushed to our house and immediately helped me feel at ease. They were prompt, professional, and communicated every step of the way. Seamless! I can't say enough about this company! You never wish to have to use a company like this, but if you do, THIS is the company to go with! Thank you to Nick and his team for mitigation and repair. We are so happy with everything.

Everyone associated with ServPro was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner. The man who did the drywall and the man who did the texturing was very quick and I was very pleased with their work. The garage was a bit of a mess with all the drywall and texturing that had to be done from the leak. I took me half the day to vacuum and mop the garage floor as it was tracking all over the place. Kelci talked to me and kept me p to date on what was going on and when the men were showing up to work. She also kept me well informed as to the billing procedures and came to the house a couple of times to look at the project and talk to me about the billing statement which had to be amended. Excellent people.

Update/Edit:
After 30 minutes or so of posting this review, I received a call from Brandon who made things right which prompted this update. I definitely appreciated the quick response and action. It took a bit to get a response, but I understand things happen and in the end, SERVPRO did the right thing.

In January 2024, I called SERVEPRO due to water damage stemming from a leak in the wall. I was told that a tech would be dispatched and I was provided a window when they would arrive. There was no mention of a service fee.

The tech arrived, completed their inspection and advised they would send the estimate the following day and again there was no mention of a fee. The following day I received an email with an invoice attached for $138.00. I responded saying I was never advised of the fee and I’d like it waived. I was told that the tech advised me of the fee while on site and I would not get the estimate unless I paid the fee. I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them and I did not need the estimate. I was told it was still owed regardless.

I called another company (that I ended up using) and the person that answered the phone immediately told me about a $200 service fee for an inspection and when the tech arrived, he confirmed that I was aware of the $200 fee for their inspection/estimate. So apparently this is industry standard and I have no problem if that’s the normal protocol. What I am particularly upset with is that I was not told by the phone rep or the tech of the service fee. If I was, I would have happily paid it because that’s the normal process. I just received an invoice, with it marked 31-60 days late so of course I have my credit to be concerned about. I reached out to them privately to discuss and they never responded. They only respond with the invoice reminders. I will pay it because of the potential credit issue. This company needs to be trained on being transparent and being more communicative. Not recommended.

ServPro of Buckeye exemplified courtesy and service excellence. They worked efficiently with our insurance company to address water damage to the interior of our home. They communicated all updates and project timelines in a timely manner. They also ensured customer satisfaction with all work rendered throughout the demolition and reconstruction process. Kelsey and Kylie communicated often and addressed any needs or concerns.

Servpro provided excellent service throughout the repair process of our home after a water pipe broke inside the house. The professionalism and courtesy of the workers and staff, as well as the quality of the work was exceptional. I will be calling on them for any future remodeling (or disasters) that I need. Thanks!

Excellent service! Had a pipe break under my kitchen sink at 2am. Called Servpro and the owner himself had a crew at my house within an hour of my call. Fast, efficient and professional. They also helped with the restoration and am overall very pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend!

We had water damage to our carpet, SERVPRO completed the damage and repair. Kat supervised the pack out and pack in while new carpet was installed. They carefully packed and protected all furniture . I would like to thank SERVPRO and kat for making this a smooth transition.

We had a last minute crisis on our hands with a flooded bathroom and within an hour Tony his crew; Jordan and Marvin arrived on screen to assess the issue and provide a plan to begin the resolution. The whole crew was very professional and had an answer to every question we had. I’m extremely grateful for Tony’s knowledge and professionalism in what - for us - was a very stressful situation. Life having kicked us in the teeth 3-10-23 we had a house fire in our bathroom and smoke damage to the entire home. Insurance wasn’t very informative or have many resources. After struggling to find a plumber that would even work with insurance we called ServPro. Brandon was very kind and helpful, Nick came out within a few hours, took pictures and noted all the damage, within 24hours we had electricity restored to the part of the livable, hot water restored and air purifiers everywhere. We’re still in the process but Nick, Logan, Kat and a few others have worked their butts off!! Everyone I talk to says our project is going way faster than their experience!! recommended

ServePro is a great company to work with. They have a friendly staff, eager to help and know what they are doing when it comes to water damage. In September I had the pleasure of working with Logan, Kyle, Darrel and Nick due to my house sustaining water damage to the roof and wall. When I called Nick he went over everything and assured me that Him and his Team would take care of everything from demo to clean up to Drywalling and texturing and the Insurance Company. Used Servpro-Buckeye for remediation and repair from a roof leak/supply line leak. Had major water damage to a spare bedroom. Dealt with Kris for the remediation and Kyle for the repair. Both gentlemen were professional, communicative, and caring. All work was performed as promised and on time.

Kylie and Krisher and Kyle and Logan are the people you need to ask for. Kylie is a go getter and will make sure you are receiving excellent service. Logan is the one you want to repair your paint and make it look like it never happened with his other employee Darrell. He is an employee that takes pride in his work.

Nick at Servpro was the best. He handled everything through the entire restoration process. We had no idea what to do, but he told us not to worry, that he would take care of it. He follows through with what he says. We would highly recommend Nick and his crew for any of a persons needs!

We had water damage in 6 different rooms of our home after a monsoon storm (possible microburst), about a month ago. It was all in the ceilings coming from the roof.
ServPro was responsive and had someone out here right away. Krisher was great from start to finish on our water damage removal.
He was extremely busy with so many storms in the area, yet never seemed rushed when here or made me feel like a burden.
Krisher went above and beyond to see that our home was cleaned to our satisfaction after some of the barriers had become detached during dry out. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days. Krisher and his team made this stressful situation easier to deal with and I’m extremely grateful for that.

A small animal died in my stove hood vent. Krisha and a second employee at ServPro were able to remove the offender and clean the vent and stove area. “Like it never happened!”
Keisha was a fantastic help. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. If I EVER need assistance again, i know who to call!

Kirscher helped repair our home following our laundry room flood. He helped make an otherwise stressful experience as un-stressful as it could possibly be. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend their services based on our experience with him.

Hot water heater overflowed causing damage to wallboard and insulation. ServPro repaired the damaged area so you would never know there was an issue. Nick and his crew arrived on time, were respectful, friendly and completed the job and then some. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
