We were very pleased and satisfied with the construction and excellent customer service we received from Rapid Response Services, from start to finish it was very well organized by all. The installers were quick, efficient and very neat and tidy, hard workers, they deserve to be recognized along with the rest of the team, thanks for great service, we highly recommend you!

We hired Rapid Response to replace our roof on the recommendation of Aware Owner, who got our insurer to pay 100% of the repair. I worked with Daniel and Brooklynn, both of whom were excellent communicators and efficient to boot. The job took only two days and the crew respected our property and disturbed our peace as little as possible (unlike other roofers they did not blast their music or radio while cursing so loudly it can be heard 1/2 mile away). In short, we were in good hands with RR from start to finish. If you need work done on your roof you can’t go wrong with them. They are professional and trustworthy. And the roof looks great!

Very fast and efficient I will recommend rapid response to anyperson who is planing. To do the roof, Juan Pablo and Daniel make everything to easy, the roofing crew were so good, very happy that my insurance cover my roof and rapid was able to do the construction 2 weeks later after my insurance approved it

All I can say is WOW! . . . The attention to detail on my roof was amazing. The roofing crew did everything they could to give me a perfect roof. The roof looks fantastic!

The crew also took care of some minor repairs at no extra cost. Each day their clean-up was immaculate. The workers were respectful and hard working. (12 hr.days in 100' heat). And, the roofing crew's work was of the highest quality! Very pleased!

Rapid Response did a very good job putting new shingles on my home after a wind and hail storm. The crew was smaller then I'm used to seeing around the area, however they kept at and did a fine job. I did find a few more roofing nails around my home after then I thought I would. Nice job however.

Rapid Response did a roof replacement after a hail storm. We noticed that there was some leakage in the ceiling of our bathroom shortly after. It was directly under our AC. They came out, did an inspection, and told us it was pre-existing and that the roofing job likely fixed it. It doesn't rain much here. Fast forward a few years later, and the spot has grown. We call out an AC repair person thinking it's the AC somehow. He notes that there's leakage around the roof around the AC, and shows us photos that very well illustrated this.

I call RR again and again with no response. Somebody finally calls me back after several weeks of leaving messages just to say that the work is out of warranty. When you look at the work, it was done poorly, and just well enough to not cause problems for the warranty period

I've seen similar reviews. Avoid Rapid Response at all costs. You cannot trust them. Their work will end up costing you more in the end.

I am extremely pleased with the service from Brooklyn and her extremely fast and efficient handling of the reroofing of my house. I truly felt I was in good hands through the complete process. I truly appreciate it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rapid Response Services. They did exactly what they said they would do. They are on time. Their workmanship is above and beyond. They replaced my roof in less than a day. Amy is the best at what she does. Her attention to detail, organization and communication has to be the best in the business. Overall a 10+.

Everything & everybody involved with getting our roof redone was professional, nice, explained every aspect of the process. We are very happy with all.

The roofing company did a good installation of the new roof in a timely manner with all weather related concerns. Any issues or concerns we had were promptly addressed.

Rapid Response was instrumental in the replacement of the shingles on our roofs.
First, I think the scheduleduling was handled in a highly professional manner by Amy. Having been involved in schedulling in my working life it is always extremly difficult to get other enities to set dates and to maintain them when something goes against the original plan.
The only problem I saw in the complete process was that the roofers finshed on Saturday and the Solar hot water system was not installed until the next Thursday. Additionally the Solar Electric panels will not be installed until Monday the 10th. To me there was no reason why the Solar Hot water system and the Solar Electric panel installation could have been done on the same day.
I think Rapid Response did a wonderful job of getting the reroofing done in a timely manner.
It was just too bad that it took almost a year to get the insurance company to agree to get the work done.
