I am glad I didn't go by the reviews. I had a raccoon eat a hole in my roof under the solar panels. I called Rands and they came out to look at it within 20 minutes. Michael put a temporary thing on there until I could get the solar company out to take off the panels. He showed up right after they got the panels off, fixed even more on the roof that he quoted me and then cleaned the old debris on the roof after he had already cleaned up everything he did. He didn't charge me more than the quoted price. He went through everything with me to explain what he had to do. I am so impressed with Michael and was very thankful that he was there to help me when I had the problem. Local companies are awesome and this is one example that exemplifies it.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE MAJOR WATER ISSUES!

Rands did the roof on our brand new house. We had major issues with leaking water last winter. It ruined our flooring in our kitchen/living room and ruined a $5k electric fireplace. We literally had water pouring out of the walls. We also had issues with water leaking into our garage and had to replace a bunch of drywall! After multiple months and calls to Rands, they finally sent someone out to look at the issue. They quickly told us it wasn't a roofing issue and left without fixing anything. We have since had a gutter company and another roofing company out to assess the issue and they have both said it is indeed a improperly installed roof. Save yourself the hassle, headache, and extra money shelled out to fix the issues and hire someone else for your roofing needs.

Rands roofing did an excellent job replacing my mothers roof. They were very efficient & did a quality job & even replaced her rain gutters. She could not be happier!

Rands Roofing did an excellent job replacing our 25-year-old roof. The new roof is very attractive and well built. We have lots of trees and Gary listened to exactly what we wanted and needed. He included new rain gutters with leaf screens and downspouts in his original bid.

His price was fair and his workers were extremely approachable and helpful. They worked hard ... finishing up within the promised 3 days. In the past we had two downspout drains that regularly backed up and overflowed. Even though it’s not really a roofing issue, he personally reworked the downspouts to resolve the problem.

In past years we’ve had him come fix roof issues left from a prior owner and he was quick to help out even on smaller jobs. Getting a new roof is a large investment and we wanted it done right. Rands Roofing did it right.

Gary and his team were great to work with. They did what they said they would do in a timely and professional manner. The team was courteous of our property and we enjoyed having them. The quality and workmanship was exceptional. Cleanup exceeded what I would have hoped for.

Gary Rands was excellent to deal with and gave a very attractive quote. He spent the time with us to explain the shingle options and other features of the job. I knew he did good work with others and was most pleased at the craftsmanship Mike, his foreman, and the crew did on our new roof. It looks great. They accomplished the task quickly after adjusting the schedule for rain, which was what we both wanted. He coordinated very well with the solar company we chose to remover and replace our panels. He made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before he billed us. I recommend Rands Roofing to anyone needing roof work of any sort. I feel Gary is a man of high integrity, both in the quality of workmanship and in his business dealings.

Rands Roofing did a great job of replacing our roof. They had to work around getting our solar panels taken off. They did everything in a timely manner. They also had someone replace our gutters. Every time we had a concern or issue, it was addressed quickly and efficiently.

If you need a new roof rands roofing is the company to pick !!!!! Professional and fast and I love my new roof . The crew worked efficient and took great care of our roofing needs ! They cleaned up every little nail or screw neat and tidy .

They did a terrific job of diagnosing and repair of a challenging leak. Honest and effective. I'll call use them again.

4 years ago, we had a gnarly wind storm blow through, and we lost roofing down to the wood. Rands came out and tore off our old shingles and re-did all the shingles. Fast forward to today, we just had another wicked storm blow through with wind gusts 70mph+. How awesome it was that there wasn't a single shingle missing. Our Rands crew were rockstars and they're still showing off there value 4 years after the fact.

I originally reached out to rands roofing for a repair job on a home I purchased in 2017. After a no show I decided to go with a different company. 3 years later I’m ready to replace the entire roof against my better judgement I reach out to rands again. A close family friend and his neighbor have used Rands and recommend them so I gave them a 2nd chance. This time I couldn’t be home when they were able to stop by so I agreed to have them measure and email the details to me. My security system never alerted me that anyone came to my house and now they will not return my calls. I’m not sure why they refuse to take my money. I’m glad they didn’t show up now i would have hated to pay them to start and never hear from them again. Don’t waste your time with Rands roofing. I’ve contacted other companies in the area with better ratings and reviews and they were able to come to my home and quote me within an hour of the first call.

Excellent job in replacing my roof! Very punctual and and they were done in just 2 days. They totally cleaned up all the debris and there was no property damage. I couldn't be happier and the price was very fair!

Did a great job, and I didn't see any crazy parking . We had them Re roof my Mother's home this year 5/2019 , and we had a great experience. It is now 6/21/2019 and Utah has had a ton of rain and we are still 100% happy! Thank You! RANDS ROOFING INC.

We were having some leaking in a room every time we had heavy precipitation. After spending nearly $2000 to repair it, it still leaks and I'm very unhappy about it. Before the repair, I had some simple questions about payment options and I tried talking to Gary but he never returned my phone calls or messages until after the work was done. At that point, he spoke to me as if I were a delinquent customer. Horrendous customer service. Horrible experience.
