RAM Roofing & Remodeling LLC - Louisville, KY

I watched them do a neighbors roof and decided if I ever needed a roof I would use RAM Roofing. Far forward a year or 2, and I needed a roof. RAM did not disappoint. I called for a quote and she made the appt for July 4 - a holiday. Instead of canceling asks rescheduling, Isaac called and asked to come early. He came on the 4th and did a thorough evaluation with pictures. We sat and he went over everything with me. I got the quote on Monday 7/7 and it was comparable to other roofers. He came on the 8th and explained everything and I signed the contract on the 8th. Three weeks later, he called and wanted to know if they could start my roof the next day (because the heat index was 107 and he didn't want his crew on a steep third story roof in that heat. I really respect the fact that he takes care of his crews.) They did the tear off, reinforced the roof with OSB, repaired a large area that had rotted along the edge, and then did the roofing! All of this was accomplished in one day! The roof is beautiful and they left the property immaculate. Isaac came the next day, went over everything they did with pictures, and assured me that if there were ever any issues to just call. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. You will be too!

They were a no call no show for coming to my house to look at my roof and the automated service said that they don’t do metal roofing when the lady I talked to said they did. This is the worst place I ever tried doing business with and will never recommend them to anyone

This is a great company. They did my siding on my house and did a great job i get so many compliments.
