Rob and his son Jordan were very responsive and installed our roof within a week. Their cleanup was awesome and we think our
roof is the best looking one on our block.

Hired Rob after hail storm in June 2022. Roof was replaced quickly and professionally. Siding / Trim and Gutters on house and garage were a completely different story. Siding was not notched at top. Had to reside part of garage myself to make the siding stay, as it was cut poorly and again not notched (didn’t fit in track). I have caulk clumps all over In the areas that were caulked. A majority of trim not caulked and gaps everywhere. Trim not installed properly. Embarrassed to have people over because of how it looks! Paid for Gutter Guards still haven’t received them. Finishes are not done. Areas on siding that should be caulked are not. I had to get color matched caulk on my own to fix some really bad areas. I had been told someone would be sent out to fix the issues, still no one has come. I am still picking up nails in my yard/grass/ edges of driveway…. We are one month shy of a year from the storm. My house should have been made a priority for Spring to come and fix these problems. I’m at a loss!!!

4/27/2024 thought I’d let everyone who’s seeking to hire Raise the Roof for an upcoming project that it’s now almost two years since the hail storm and Rob has still not come back to fix the mess his crew left me. States he’ll be back, never shows up. Claims he’s got a team to fix it and I’ll get a date on his calendar and he never follows through. In my opinion I’d steer clear of Raise the Roof for any project no matter the size.

Well I’m back again to say…RUN RUN RUN far away from anything to do with Rob Lyons his business and/or any part of his unethical, criminally deceitful world he lives in!!! My house, now 2-1/2 years past the hail damage, has been torn apart once again, by Rob and his crew! The guys who he hired this time around to fix the issues his initial crew created, walked off the job cause they weren’t getting paid and he stopped responding to them. They were driving over 1hour just to get to my place and he refused to pay them! He even had the nerve to call and yell at me when I got contact 6 involved and told them the guys walked off the job for non-payment…. He told me I didn’t know what I was taking about.

Well here is what I’m talking about now…. The way my house has been ripped apart and left since May 2024 has now led to me having ants in my house as the window sills are torn up! Some are trimmed, majority are not, about 95% of them are not caulked allowing ants to come in. I have wasps building nests in nooks and crannies left behind from pulled off trim and siding. And if that’s not enough… I now have a house wren who has made a home with BABIES… behind where the siding was, because the workers left a hole which I tried to patch but the bird was small enough to get in!!!! So now I have baby birds behind what used to be siding! I paid over 27k for this shitty work by what I thought was a reputable local company! I would have been money ahead to go with any of the other 100’s of out of state contractors that drove around the neighborhood two years ago! I’m so mad at myself!!!!! This guy needs to be stopped!!!

I need my house fixed but I’m in a predicament because I don’t necessarily have a ton of money to repair the damage he has caused!!!!!! But I need it fixed! More pictures added to show what they did this second time around. I know, shame on me for thinking he’d actually fix what he started.

Rob refuses to answer my texts or calls now. I can no longer even get the courtesy of a response, even though I know it would just be a lie! I will be yet another to have to take this man and his ‘business’ to court. Truly unfortunate. You hire someone local to support the local businesses and they do this to you! I am so skeptical now with everything. At some point this guy is going to have to pay for his unethical ways and stealing money and just flat out scamming people for his own benefit. It’s truly sickening what you are doing, Rob!!! It really is!!!

Rob and his team are wonderful. Fast professional, quality focused. They were friendly, clean and respectful to my family and my property. They did a great job. I will hire them again for future projects.

Rob and the guys could simply be the BEST contractor we have used for any project on our house. Would hire them for any roofing project I may ever have.

Rob and his team at Raise The Roof are amazing. We had them preform extensive repairs to two chimneys on our home. They ground out cracked tuck pointing, replaced the required stone and re-tuck pointed as well as reset our stone caps. The chimneys look brand new. I would recommend them for any of your roofing system needs.

We had Fourleaf roofing completely botch our roof :( Rob was able to do repairs & get Troy out to take care of vent replacement. Highly recommend, really busy & some wait time but great communication & updatest so didn't mind.

Rob and his crew replaced my 20 year old roof in ONE day. They arrived on time in the morning and didn't leave until they did a total cleanup of the yard. My neighbors were amazed watching the guys working and commented that it looks like a NEW house now. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

Rob Lyons was excellent with being on time, assessing the concerns, explaining them in ways I understood and made clear the importance of the repairs needed. He was professional, positive, honest and friendly. He worked above and beyond to find various solutions/options that would work for us and closer to our budget. I will refer him for future roof needs to anyone who asks.

We had a couple of shingles torn off by high winds recently and were looking for someone with roofing expertise to replace them as soon as possible to eliminate future leakage. Rob responded within a few hours of our posting an inquiry on a neighborhood app and offered to come out the next day, weather pending. When the weather didn’t cooperate, he followed up saying he’d be willing to come out within the next couple of days, even though it was the busy week of Thanksgiving. We really appreciated that he made the time for us right away despite the fact that ours was a very minor repair and he likely had more pressing obligations right before a major holiday. He treated our small project with the same priority he would a larger job. Rob fixed the problem quickly and didn’t ask for compensation which is the mark of a good person who recognizes that this kindness could easily lead to future business and recommendations. We had no expectation for free services and did pay him for his time to show our appreciation for his generosity and neighborliness. We’re very satisfied with his work and will definitely consider utilizing him again for upcoming projects!

We had gone through two roofers prior to reaching out to Rob and his team with no luck. People weren’t getting back to us and we had a leak that we really needed to get repaired. They were super responsive, answered all of of our questions, and even completed the job ahead of schedule. They also adjusted our final invoice to take money off because they didn’t use all of the materials they quoted us for. We will for sure be going back to them for our future roofing needs.
