Raise the Roof are an outstanding roofing contractor. Everything you want a roofing company to be. Prompt, effective and honest. Twice now, John and his team have handled roofing issues brilliantly. Most recent job is a 1931 house with an older roof. We wanted to go with repairs and demossing to buy ourselves a few years before total roof replace. Raise the Roof came through with flying colours.

John and his team did a great job replacing the roof on our dormer. They gave us great advice, were prompt, and cleaned up well after their work.

John from Raise the Roof did an amazing job replacing my old cedar roof on my garden shed! He removed the old, rotting shingles, and installed plywood & new 30 year shingles. He guarantees his work! I would not hesitate to use his company again! Fast and efficient!

They came within a week of contacting them for a small job which every other roofing company I spoke with brushed me off after initially saying they would do it. Kept me in the loop of their schedule for when they’d be able to get the job done. They were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

This company is unprofessional, frivolous and vexatious!
We got estimates from two roof companies to repair skylight leak last October. The reason we picked this company was they quoted us a fix rate of $1500 including gutter cleaning, while the other quoted by hours. Also John told us their repair job was lifetime warranty. After the job done, they sent the invoice, we found there was no term about warranty. We asked them to add the warranty in case they didn't fix the problem. They declined. We paid them $525 for gutter cleaning and proposed to pay the rest after 6 months if no leak occurs. Without any notice or warning, John registered a builder’s lien on our property. We tried to contact John to discuss the solution, he acted rude on the phone. We’re filing a complaint on BBB and waiting for the judgement.

This small company delivers great big service. The first person you talk to, is also the same person building the roof. So there are no mistakes or misunderstandings. There are also no middle-men, so prices are super competitive. Our roof required some fancy flashing, and a bit of solar venting. It was all done flawlessly. These guys are the best!

Very pleased with the roofing job on our house. The team kept the yard and our neighbour’s yards free of debris and care was taken to minimize damage to the garden. Great job, responsive to our concerns,and a very reasonable price too.
