This was a good experience. The terms of the contract were fully explained. The crew completed the the whole roofing job on my house in one day. There have been a few rain storms since the roof was installed and there have been no problems with the roof. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

Material used , installation was very good. Clean - up was conducted with no damage to lawn or outside fixtures . Jon Reitz was very helpful as to the process and informative of overall project. Would definitely recommend Rainstoppers Roofing to anyone needing professional roof replacement.

Very professional and friendly crew. Our roof looks great! We have a very old house that was built in 1925, so I'm sure it wasn't an easy project. I highly recommend them to everyone. Jon came out shortly after we called, provided very reasonable quotes for both metal + shingle replacements, and got us scheduled quickly considering the recent weather.

The crew was great, installation went smoothly, and Jon came back to touch up a few spots where old paint had been scuffed during the install. Positive experience and would recommend considering their services if you're shopping around.

So the company did a good job with my roof, it looks great and was done quickly. However, the job was quoted at 10,000, but by the time it was finished I ended up with a charge of 14,000. I’ve been told all projects like this are always more expensive than quoted, but a 40% increase in final price definitely set me back as a first time homeowner.

Fairly simple process, although it was considerably more expensive than I expected for a singlewide trailer even skipping financing and paying it right out. It was started and finished inside of a day. It was tested almost immediately as a rainstorm with flooding showed up within days & over the last couple weeks there have been snow storms with considerable amounts of ice & snow, it's held up nicely over the first month & a half of West Virginia weather. I'll update if that changes.

A great crew that did an amazing job on my new metal roof! Rainstoppers came out to assess the old roof as soon as I called them; the price was fair, and they started when they promised and finished the job as quickly as they could, considering it was freezing cold and rainy for a few days. It looks beautiful. I would recommend them for sure!

Jon was assigned to my job quote. He came out and called me to ensure that he was sure about the scope of my project. He was on time and prompt to reach out and pleasant to speak with. After he check the roof he gave me a detailed understanding on what may be causing my issue and suggested a solution based on my situation. After our conversation he had a very professional quote worked out and sent over before the end of the business day. I will be updating this review if I choose to complete the work. Definitely suggest using this company for an estimate 100%

Owner was awesome to deal with and always responded timely which you don’t get from a lot of business owners these days. Roof looks great as well.

My request for an estimate was handled promptly, and I had a detailed estimate for roofing (tear off shingles, etc.) in hand within just a few days from Josh, who was very easy to work with. Just a few days after I signed the contract, all the needed materials were delivered. This roofing job was not an urgent one (no leaks etc.), but the roof was 25+ years old, so I was glad to get a call about 8-10 days later that the crew would come the next day. The crew arrived shortly after 7 am and got right to work. By lunchtime, all the old shingles, tar paper, etc. were off. The cleanup folks had a large trailer close at hand, and the old shingles and debris etc. were carried off for disposal. One area in the back of the house needed some new wood, and that was taken care of. After lunch, the crew got busy installing the new underlayment, new shingles, new vents, etc. They worked straight through the afternoon (dodging a light rain shower!) and into the early evening until the job was done. The new roof looks great from every angle. I also had gutter guards installed.

Very pleased with Rainstoppers, they worked a Saturday and Sunday to get my new roof done due to all the rain we have been getting. They did a great job and it looks awesome. They also did a great job cleaning up, I would definitely recommend them.

The crew showed up early that morning to prep for the day long reno'. Once they started the job, they worked with a precision team work. The job was completed by day's end including the cleanup which left the property debris free. They even informed me of an error, on their part, and returned the following day to replace and repair without an additional charge. The work photo updates were also a plus.

From the start of getting a quote to the finished roof and siding the job was handled professionally. I was always notified as to where we were in the process. Through the project I received both messages and pictures when I wasn't home to keep me posted as to how the project was going. Any questions I had they answered promptly. Josh helped me navigate the insurance companies, and got materials ordered and crews assigned so the work could be done as soon as the insurance settlements were in the works. The Rainstoppers proposals were completely in-line with insurance adjuster estimates. No fluff, no hidden costs, no last minute additions. Rainstoppers crews got the jobs done quickly, competently and efficiently, and cleaned up the works sites completely when they were finished.

Josh answered all my detailed questions. The team showed up as scheduled and did a great, professional job, working several days to dusk and even beyond.

They were quick and efficient replacing my roof, including a few sheets of plywood, and approximately 3/4 of 1 day. The also provided cleanup service, although if you are having a shingle roof removed, I would strongly suggest running a magnet over the ground and driveway to pick up any loose nails. I found a few after they were done.

They beat the other roofing groups by 2000 dollars. They also rip off the old before the new. Some other companies just put the materials over the old. Over all very satisfied.

Fast workers. Cleaned everything up and provided the cheapest quote while carrying a great warranty. Provided pictures during the process and showed any rot on the deck they found. Definitely the best roofing company around Morgantown !

I highly recommend Tebay Roofing. We had a roof, gutters, and gutter guards installed in December 2023 and the process was great from start to finish. Jon Reitz was an incredible project manager. He provided frequent updates before and during the installation process and stayed on schedule. The quality and craftsmanship of both the materials (GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and 6" gutters) and the crews who installed them is exceptional. I highly recommend Tebay to anyone who wants a great experience and quality at a great price.
