Rainier Roofing’s Guillermo worked on cleaning and repairing our cedar shake roof for almost three days and did an EXCELLENT job! The roof looks great and he made sure he had fully cleaned out the gutters and the house surroundings totally. Plus he was a delight to work with and have around.
We are VERY pleased.

Great company that does excellent work! I have used them for maintenance and cleaning of my cedar shake roof and always have had a great experience. I had an issue due to storm damage recently, called on a Saturday explained what had happened and had a crew out first thing Monday morning to fix the damage.

They were the quickest company to be able to quote and fix the problem while other companies gave quotes or said they couldn’t help with my problem, Rainier Roof had the best quote and could help me with my leak the fastest the company owner personally reached out to me to confirm the roof was still fixed a week later. Rainier cleaned my roof within a week of my call. The did a great job replacing missing shakes. The roof looked like new after the cleaning and the treatment. My 30 year roof is 15 years old, but with the cleaning, repairs, and treatment, I think it's got another 30 years.

Super professional company. Got a cedar shake roof and did a ton of research before going with Rainier Roof Restoration as they had the most experience with these kinds of roofs. Their service isn't exactly cheap, but you also get what you pay for. Had our roof cleaned and oiled and actually ran into an issue with some overspray of the oil onto a neighbor's hours. Rainier Roof Restoration was absolutely committed to making sure all parties were 100% happy before taking payment. Really appreciated their commitment to doing the job fully and leaving things in a good state. My roof looks brand new now and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again (especially if you have a cedar shake roof like mine).

Used these guys for a maintenance job as they had worked for the previous homeowner, what a disaster. Poor communication - calling early mornings/late nights, poor scheduling - called day-of contractors being available. Honestly questionable attention to detail too - I had to point out multiple shakes that had significant curling and needed to be replaced. At that point they had only used half a bundle… makes me think that’s where they make some extra margin. Lastly, never provided a detailed quote or formal bid with work/prices and didn’t acknowledge my concerns about cost/budget. Won’t work with these guys again.

Rainier Roof crew showed up when Anthony said they would and did great work. When they finished, they sprayed off the deck and driveway and now the deck looks brand new. I checked my gutters before and after their work and they did a great job clearing the gutters of muck. I paid for and received a great wood roof restoration, but also received a deck cleaning, driveway cleaning & gutter cleaning. Not my first time working w/ Rainier Roof Restoration (Anthony) and (as long as I continue to choose wood over composite) not my last. I received 4 estimates before choosing Rainier again (not the cheapest, not the most expensive) their workers have been courteous and treated my house w/respect. I choose the look of wood over other options because I like the beauty of a well maintained wood roof.

The team was on time, professional and did a lot more cleaning than I paid for. They not only cleaned the roof of my house but also pressure washed my gazebo, driveway and patio at no extra charge. They cleaned the facia boards near my range hood vent where grease as been discharged from the previous owners and it looks much better. I will absolutely continue to use use Rainier for all my roof services and cleanings. Their team worked from 10am until 5:30pm with only a lunch break. We own a 30 year old 2 story home with a concrete tile roof that hadn’t been serviced in several years. There was moss growing on the roof, several tiles were broken and the gutters were clogged. I also needed to have our driveway and stone patio cleaned.
After getting 3 estimates we hired Rainier
Two employees arrived on time. They protected the lawn & plants. Did a great job of cleaning the roof and gutters, replaced broken tile, recaulked many areas. They pressure washed my driveway & patio and did some minor repairs. The two workers were polite, professional and very hard working.
The invoice I received was for the exact amount of the estimate.
Rainier IS my roof contractor for all future roof work. They are the BEST!

Had a leak coming in around one of our skylights. Ranier Roof Restoration came out the next day to check it out. Got me a quote quickly and was able to be out to fix in a couple days. Haven’t had any issues since.

Repaired several leaks and cleaned roof. They noted leaks that others missed and did a good job coordinating a time and performing the repairs. Recommended.

Absolutely THE BEST for cedar shake roof repair, cleaning and maintenance. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best. Our cedar roof is 15 years old and after they were done cleaning, repairing and treating it, it looks better then the day it was installed.

First you see the crew covering everything within 10 feet of the house. Then, you hear power washing at the same time sounds of repairs are going on. That was day one. Day two the roof is treated, and the crew leaves, and the grounds are cleaned as if they were never there. Viola! Our roof is good for another 5-10 years.
Also, a competitor to Rainier email us because we ask them for a bit two months prior. I told them it was too late. I would not tell them who we used, but I described their work and their response was, “ it must have been Rainier.” Says a lot.

We recently had our tile roof cleaned by Rainier Roof Restoration and were very pleased with the results. Our roof is 35 years old and has been brush cleaned every 4 years since new. Rainier Roof Restoration cleaned using a pressure wash method and what a difference. In addition to cleaning the roof surface, they replaced 5 broken tiles, cleaned all valleys, and flashed areas along dormers. The pre-cleaning preparation and covering areas with plastic was great. Post cleanup too was fabulous as you couldn't tell they were here. Anthony was great getting us scheduled very timely and quoted a price that was very reasonable for the size and pitch of our roof. I will definitely use Rainier Roof Restoration for all future roofing needs. The crew that came out was great and all have been with the company for many years. We used Rainier to help us inspect, repair and clean our cedar shingle roof. They did a in great job, were there when they promised to be, worked super hard into the evening to finish it and did a excellent job cleaning up afterward. We have a white house and after cleaning the roof they cleaned the entire house, patios, driveway, etc leaving it looking better than when they had gotten there. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.
