We contracted with Mike Rainey to tear out our old patio/cover and to build a new modern patio/cover for our home. Mike hit it out of the ballpark with our new patio: it is modern bright and airy including lighting with a fan, cedar tongue and groove that really gives it a polished finish, and a glulam beam that opens the patio up. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mike finished on-time and was open to feedback and changes on the fly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mike again on a future project.

Mike Rainey is professional and has a demeanor of friendliness/ courteous/hard working. He responded calls in an expeditious manner. I am truly grateful for his excellent workmanship in repairing my drywalls, resurfacing wall, and repainting them. He was courteous and knowledgeable in answering all my questions with patience and his friendliness is certainly an asset to customer service. He has gone far and beyond in helping me with a leakage problem with my washing machine. also, and was true to his word of helping me if I had a problem. Did a beautiful job. I had texture added to my ceiling, drywall patches in my garage and wall, and my siding washed. Very quick to respond very flexible.

Mike did a great job, and helped me transform my living space! He installed my hand made mantle and took great care with it. Mike explained the process throughout, was punctual, and left my space with no added dust after drilling onto the brick wall! Definitely recommend!

Rainey Construction completely replaced our patio cover. We found them to be absolutely honest, very reliable, their communication skills were fantastic, they were on time each day and completed on schedule. It was an extensive project that involved replacing everything but the upright pillars of our deck cover. The project included roofing structure, shingles, rain gutter and ship-lap boarding, also included 6 lights and a ceiling fan. We have never worked with such a fantastic contractor as Mike Rainey and his crew. Seriously, I could go on with more about our satisfaction with Rainey Construction, but I will leave you with a reference from a couple of people who have dealt with contractors in the past who could not hold a candle to Rainey Construction. They are the best. If we ever need something done to our home or property, we will be calling them back. THANK YOU MIKE & CREW!

I had a tricky outdoor light that went out. Mike was very responsive and professional. He offered me options and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I would definitely use them again!

Mike and crew are amazing! They are our go to company for many things. We have had them repair a fence, clean gutters and build a Trex deck at our home. They even hang and rent xmas lights. Most recently they helped with a gutter cleaning at my mom's home. They provide superior service along with excellent workmanship for everything they have helped us with. Mike and his crew recently painted the exterior of our home (including power washing). He was quick in getting a quote back and getting the work scheduled. It felt like a very quick process once they got started and Mike was even nice enough to come and get a fixture installed that we had selected after the job was done.
