We contracted with Mike Rainey to tear out our old patio/cover and to build a new modern patio/cover for our home. Mike hit it out of the ballpark with our new patio: it is modern bright and airy including lighting with a fan, cedar tongue and groove that really gives it a polished finish, and a glulam beam that opens the patio up. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mike finished on-time and was open to feedback and changes on the fly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mike again on a future project.

Mike Rainey is professional and has a demeanor of friendliness/ courteous/hard working. He responded calls in an expeditious manner. I am truly grateful for his excellent workmanship in repairing my drywalls, resurfacing wall, and repainting them. Did a beautiful job. I had texture added to my ceiling, drywall patches in my garage and wall, and my siding washed. Very quick to respond very flexible.

Mike did a great job, and helped me transform my living space! He installed my hand made mantle and took great care with it. Mike explained the process throughout, was punctual, and left my space with no added dust after drilling onto the brick wall! Definitely recommend!

Rainey Construction completely replaced our patio cover. We found them to be absolutely honest, very reliable, their communication skills were fantastic, they were on time each day and completed on schedule. It was an extensive project that involved replacing everything but the upright pillars of our deck cover. The project included roofing structure, shingles, rain gutter and ship-lap boarding, also included 6 lights and a ceiling fan. We have never worked with such a fantastic contractor as Mike Rainey and his crew. Seriously, I could go on with more about our satisfaction with Rainey Construction, but I will leave you with a reference from a couple of people who have dealt with contractors in the past who could not hold a candle to Rainey Construction. They are the best. If we ever need something done to our home or property, we will be calling them back. THANK YOU MIKE & CREW!

Mike and crew are amazing! They are our go to company for many things. We have had them repair a fence, clean gutters and build a Trex deck at our home. They even hang and rent xmas lights. Mike and his crew recently painted the exterior of our home (including power washing). He was quick in getting a quote back and getting the work scheduled. We contacted Rainey to set up our Christmas lights. They provided the lights, put them up and take them down. Our house has never looked this good! Mike was very professional and took time to discuss what he was thinking for the lights which happened to be exactly what we were wanting. The lights were cut to fit our house perfectly. Mike did a great job cleaning our gutters and removing the moss growth from our roof. He arrived and finished on time. He was very careful to cover our plants to keep them from being damaged. Mike left the yard clean and free of any gutter debris and moss that was removed from the roof. My gutters and roof are 20 feet off the ground with a very narrow passage way on the sides of our house. So, cleaning my roof and gutters is no easy task. Mike got the job done with no problems. So, ladders aren't my thing. Not so much the heights but the falling. Anyway, my family loves Christmas lights. Mike came to the house got on the ladder and put lights on the house. Gave it a much cleaner look than I could have on my best day. Mike is so awesome I've got him lined up for some other home improvements also.

We have always wanted to do Christmas lights especially since we now have little ones. But our roof is super high up and we had never done them before and we were a bit uneasy about doing them ourselves. I’m mostly fond of my husband and terrified of him falling off the roof. Mike was super quick at getting us a quote including custom cut white lights for our house or a price quote for using our own lights. He tailored a couple quotes with a couple price options to meet our wish for beautiful lights without breaking the bank. He was prompt, quick and efficient! We ended up using our own lights because we wanted some rainbow colored ones for the kids and like a total Christmas light rookie I forgot the light clips. He went and picked some up without extra charge despite this adding time and cost to the work. Super professional and had some super clean lines on those lights. Highly recommend! Plan to have him back in the future to do some work on our roof, gutters and outfit all of our windows with screens.

Mike did a fantastic job of replacing a furnace B-vent for my furnace. He communicated he was on his way, showed up on time, and got the job done in 30 minutes. I will do business with these guys again. First class.

So. I live in an HOA. For the most part it isn't to bad. For the most part.

This summer I received a nasty gram about violation about moss on my roof.

"No problem!" I tell my self. That was until I tried. Coming face to face with almost crippling fear of heights I launched a month long campaign of games of chance against my wife with the stakes of the loser getting the privilege of climbing onto the roof for cleaning. My wife is typically kind and soft spoken. This sweet woman turned into a cut throat gamer. A part of me is proud. Terrified but proud. I'm pretty sure she even out cheated me...

Anyway, I lost.

So faced with the prospect of climbing onto my roof that i'm sure would end with agonizing pain and death I sought out alternatives.

I would have saved so much time and have salvaged some dignity.

Communication about services was clear and detailed.

Appt day I was given updates about arrival time and wasn't kept waiting all day for for appt. (take note Comcast.)

Company came out in clearly marked vehicle and easily identified.

Tech was amazing at cleaning. The cleaning was performed with plenty of documentation for me( I was not going up there to verify.)

After roof was clean, they went around home and cleaned everything that came off during the process.

I remain very impressed with service, professionalism and attention to detail.

Super high quality work, and Mike was super responsive with outstanding customer service. Our house had old deteriorated gutter foam and they removed and replaced the broken bits at no additional charge and I know it added a ton of extra time.
