They were prompt that's it. They tore out our trim and threw it away even when it was salvageable. Stated it was standard practice. I think standard practice should be to ask the customer first. Had to live with the noise and disruption for a full week. We still have the tape on the wall from their tarp. Sloppy job overall. They seemed not so honest when asked about the cost he stated between 2 to 4 thousand dollars. But it was much higher than that. I will never do business with them again.

Juan was excellent! One of the few companies left that are personable and care about your situation. Juan at Rainbow was always available to talk to and responsive to all my questions. Very glad I chose rainbow for my water damage situation. Great quality results as well. It is great to find someone out here with great integrity and caring for the customer and work being done. James was also excellent with a good work ethic and cared about what he was doing. Thank You Rainbow for the great work and taking care of my house.

Rainbow really helped us out of a jam. We had a water leak do some damage in our master bedroom and Juan came out and helped us feel fix everything like it never happened. I will call Rainbow first in any emergency.

Juan did an excellent job! He brought fans and a de-humidifier immediately. He moved furniture/appliances and cut out/replaced the wet carpet padding. He made sure everything was thoroughly dried and sprayed properly. He also was considerate when charging us! Thank you! We really appreciate everything!

On 1/24/2020, Juan Rubalcava cleaned the carpets at our home. As always, he did a great job. When he got to our home, he first took the time to listen to our concerns regarding our carpets and what we needed done. He offered expert advice, then did a great job in cleaning our carpet. He also had another technician that worked hard and did a great job in helping Juan. We will continue to use Rainbow International for our carpet cleaning needs. We feel that Juan is an asset and reflects positively on Rainbow International.

We had our office carpets cleaned at Drs. Conniff and Gormley by Juan and Jacob with Rainbow International and we are extremely satisfied! They were professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of their work! We will continue to do business with them for any future carpet cleaning. We are extremely impressed with the service we received. Its nice when a local company combines professionalism with a warm friendly approach. They came right when they said every time. They used corner protectors for their hoses. We worked with the owner as well Jacob and both were awesome.

Rainbow International was quick to respond when my house flooded due to a broken water line. I called them in a panic & they came over within 45 minutes to assess the damage & start the clean up process. Because of their prompt response I was able to save the new carpet I had just installed! We had a pipe bust under the sink on Christmas eve and Michael with Rainbow came out and corrected everything. I was extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend to anyone.
