Rainbow International repaired my home after water damage. They were professional and did a great job making sure all damage was addressed. I am happy with their work ☺️

Rainbow Restoration did an excellent job when we had storm damage last year. They were prompt, efficient, and meticulous. They worked well with our insurance company and gave a great recommendation for a related service. They're on my list of goto providers.

Rainbow was selected by my insurance company for water damage remediation due to a leaking dishwasher. The information conveyed to me by the technician was evidently different than what was conveyed to my insurance company. My claim was denied. Not a big deal, that is not on Rainbow.

The issue I have with Rainbow is I still needed a quote for remediation of the water damage and mold clean up. I called the technician asking for the quote. I never heard back from them. I ended up doing the work myself.

I regret to say that my experience was so unsatisfactory, I would give zero stars if it were possible. The representative assigned to my case was unhelpful and failed to properly explain the process. When I sought clarification and asked questions through my insurance agent, the company abruptly ceased work on my home without any warning.

To make matters worse, they neglected to identify some of the damage. When my agent reached out to them about this oversight, they scheduled a follow-up appointment but never arrived and provided no notification about the cancellation. In all my years, I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review, but this experience was truly egregious and unacceptable.

I implore anyone considering this company to thoroughly research other options, as there are certainly superior alternatives available. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a more reputable and reliable provider.

Avoid Rainbow International at All Costs

Our experience with Rainbow International has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. They were paid $34,000 by the insurance company for mold remediation, and yet they accomplished almost nothing. All they did was tear up the walls and basement, leaving the mold issue unresolved. We ultimately had to hire another company to fix the problem properly.

To make matters worse, they then tried to charge $84,000 to “fix everything,” despite the job actually costing $26,000. Their estimate was a blatant attempt to inflate costs, as it repeated the same tasks over and over.

This company took $34,000 and delivered absolutely nothing of value. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them entirely.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rainbow Restoration of Decatur, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their team was responsive, professional, and truly dedicated to delivering quality service. They handled our project with expertise and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they care about both their clients and the work they do. If you’re looking for reliable and high-quality restoration services, look no further!

Coming back to provide another review now that Rainbow International has completed the work from the damage caused by a garbage disposal leak: total 5 stars! From the time Wayne came in to assess the damage to Zach, project manager, and all of the fine folks who completed the work, everything was top notch! Zach stayed on top of everything, answered every single question I had (and I had many), and he communicated every step of the way! It has been a pleasure to work with these guys and I will definitely be utilizing Rainbow in the future for additional home improvements.

It is not easy to find quality people and workmanship like what I received from Rainbow, so if you are wondering you will not be disappointed! I am very grateful for how Zach and team took care of my home and me!

I used Rainbow International for my roof. We had a few leaks that was starting to cause damage and they came out right away to access the issue and provide quotes. They worked with me on a payment plan as my insurance would not covered it due to normal wear and tear. They also gave me tips on how to prevent the damage from happening again. Thanks Rainbow!

Recently had a garbage disposal leak all over my new kitchen floors (thank goodness they were waterproof), and it leaked down to my office on the lower level of my home! The insurance company connected me with Rainbow Restoration, and they have been amazing! TreSean, Larry, and team have really taken care of my home, and were very forthcoming with the details of what was going on and next steps. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care that they provide! Grateful for such a fantastic team!

It doesn’t look like I can post another review for the same company so I am adding it onto my original one! Rainbow International has now completed the work on my home and it has turned out fantastic! From the time Wayne came in to assess the damage, to Zach’s superb project management skills, and all of the extremely skilled workers, they have made a stressful experience very pleasant! Zach was very attentive, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), and communicated with me every step of the way! Everything turned out beautiful and I like these floors and the work better than my old floors lol! These folks took care of me and my home all the way around; thank you all so much!

I can't thank the team at Rainbow enough for their incredible service! Our basement flooded unexpectedly, and we were in a panic. From the moment we called them, they were prompt, professional, and reassuring. The technician who arrived at our house was skilled, knowledgeable, and provided amazing service. He was also empathetic, understanding how stressful the situation was for us. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of restoration assistance.
