Spoke with Chandra, Jeffs wife. Boy is she a piece of work. Very rude with people that could be a potential customer, but instead her attitude and lack of customer service will have me calling a much more respectable and and reputable company. If you like bad business practices and getting treated like less than a priority then make sure and give them a call.
