These guys are the best! A hailstorm damaged our roof and vinyl siding this past March and required a full replacement. It was a huge job. They worked with our insurance company throughout the process and were also really helpful in explaining things about claim reimbursement that the insurance company never even bothered to do for me. They've gone above and beyond for us and have made a life long customer out of me.

We had storm damage and Elijah Goldsmith came out the same day I called. He worked with the insurance company directly and was in constant contact throughout the entire process until we had our whole roof replaced. Would highly recommend.

They did an amazing job on my roof. They handled insurance, stayed in contact with me the whole process, cleaned up when they were done, and the roof is perfect. Elijah was my main contact and I HIGHLY recommend him, he is professional and handled everything, he even came back out after the cleaning crew for an additional inspection for clean up and found every last dropped nail VERY NICE TOUCH!! Couldn't be happier.

Max was a huge help to me and saved me a ton of money compared to what other roofers quoted. He helped me file a claim and communicated with me at every step. Very pleased with the roof!

Andrew and Aaron were outstanding and took upmost care of my home. my rep maxwell was quick to answer all my calls and insured my install went smooth by stopping by multiple times a day. i paid less then 10% of the cost of my roof replacement and even got a free upgrade to a better dimensional roof!!

Ragnar Roofing did a free inspection for my home due to recent weather. JUDE was great to deal with he helped me all the way threw the process. We got a claimed started that day, he was here for the inspection with my adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. We got the go ahead picked the roofing that i wanted . The crew that was sent to my house was very professional, courteous, they kept everything cleaned up, they were amazing to watch how fast they did the job. I will be getting gutters form them as well in the near future. I am also looking to get new windows in the next few years.

Ragnar Roofing company was So professional and did an excellent job in communication. Max responded to my leak on a Sunday morning and followed through to make sure that my insurance company had all the information they Needed about where the damage was located. Max personally communicated with me on a Daily basis updating me on the process. I had a new roof within 10 days and the entire crew worked so efficiently and cleaned up throughout the process. The Ragner team did a fantastic job getting our roof replaced in a timely manner due to hail damage. Aaron handled most of the communication with the insurance company and made sure that everything was going to be covered. I appreciate their hard work!

Came uninvited and smashed on my door for a couple of minutes to try to get our attention.
First: Door-to-door marketing is an obnoxious relic of the 80s that should go away.
Second: Beating on a door with your fist while sending dogs into a frenzy - and continuing to do so - absolutely not okay and assuredly makes me never use your services.
Third: Leaving a card advertising your services after disturbing my home was a bold choice.

Aaron did a fantastic job replacing my entire roof. Recent storms caused some of the roof shingle’s to fly off. He graciously sent a crew to repair and fix the roof to new and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work. Thank you Ragnar Roofing!

They did an excellent job and cleanup as well. It was especially helpful that they worked with the insurance company and recovered and followed through with all that they said they would do , which is hard to find in today’s world. Their crew was also very good and even coming by the next day to make sure that nails and any debris were not lingering - great company!

Aaron and the guys from Ragnar roofing are awesome! My house looks great now! I had some storm damage and was freaking out, but Ragnar roofing took care of me, dealt with the insurance company, and was very honest. Ragnar roofing will not let you down.

Aaron and Drew were great to work with. They were onsite when the insurance adjuster arrived to make sure to point out the issues they found inspecting my roof. The crew that installed my new roof were not only knowledgeable, but a pleasure to work with. When I arrived home after the job was completed all old roofing / trash was cleaned up and removed from my property. Upon inspection I found not one renegade, roofing nail in my driveway! Ragnar Roofing, great folks who do a great job.

We cannot recommend Ragnar Roofing enough! They were wonderful to work with. They were always available and responsive to questions, they put up with multiple delays from our insurance company, and made sure we got all of the repairs we needed. They also put up with a few little surprises! Literally, during their first day of work the employees found a nest of baby raccoons off in a corner of our soffet!! (pic of them added). The owners responded to my SOS immediately, along with the amazing staff at Jefferson County animal control, to remove the babies and get them to a safe new home. They documented the entire situation and made sure everyone was safe, (including the babies!) before moving forward with the rest of the roof. After the job was finished they stopped by to make sure our yard was cleaned up and we were satisfied with the work. From their attention to detail, genuine care of their customers, endless patience with first time homeowners, and the quality of work, we could not have asked for more! Thank you all!!!

100% pleased with Ragnar Roofing and my new roof! I’ve never seen harder workers. They got there early and stayed late and back the next day first thing in the morning They kept everything picked up and neat during entire process. They protected my bushes plants and new mulch! They made a big job not unpleasant at all Totally recommend. All my neighbors are commenting on how nice my new roof looks!!!!! If you need a new roof-call them today!

Ragnar Roofing stayed on top of the situation. Ragnar Roofing was present when the insurance adjuster was visiting and spoke up when the insurance agent gave incorrect information. They even patched my roof in the rain while we waited long before the adjuster came by. Ragnar Roofing always kept their appointments and arrived on time. My roof was completed in one day and they were a hard working professional crew.

Ragnar Roofing replaced our roof after a windstorm damaged it, they were quick to respond and quick to replace the roof. They were very pleasant to work with, and they were willing to help us with our insurance (thankfully our insurance was pleasant to work with as well). The new roof is beautiful! Ragnar came to inspect my roof and did a complete installation in Jtown. They don't cut corners. I am very happy with the result and the professionalism of the whole team. The installers left a place cleaner than before.

Ragnar came to my home while they were in my area and offered a free inspection of my roof due to some recent storms through the area. They started a claim with my insurance agent right then and there. They showed up when my insurance adjuster was here to point out potential problems. Once I got the go ahead from my insurance, they met with me to pick out my new shingles and discuss a starting time. From when they first stopped by to the completion of my roof took only 15 days. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
