He put a 30 year roof on my aunts home 20 years ago i paid for expensive shingles, he bought Busy Beaver shingles He used too short of nails when nailing down the shingles and one half of the shingles shifted and bunched up because of the too short nails this happened 9/17/22
These accusations were told to me by the insurance adjuster

Eugene Raggi is a slumlord and the worst landlord I've ever had he comes in talking about raising the rent every month yet when you ask for work to be done it either never gets started or never gets finished he has people paying to live in apartments that don't meet IBC or IRC code and refuses to ever do anything you ask you plays the ignorance card all the time acting like he knows nothing about what's going on even tho if been asking for months
