Radium Springs Construction representative Martin Varela was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not ever having to have a roof replacement, I was at a loss where to start. My brother suggested HomeAdvisor, and Martin Varela contacted me immediately.

He came from Las Cruces to Alamogordo, the very next day and provided me with the first of a few quotes I obtained, in order to learn about the process and see the differences between the contractors. His quote was very impressive and identified items that the others did not. He also provided me with options for the shingles and it provided for a 10 year warranty on workmanship which is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners, when the others did not.

With the option I chose, the quote was actually higher than the rest, but I was confident Radium Springs Construction would provide the best service, and I believe they have done just that.

I highly recommend the company, and have even asked for another quote for painting the exterior of the home from them.

Our roof was not typical. The roof was made of SIP panels and was a butterfly shape - upside down, if you will, of the typical roof with a ridge at the top. Furthermore, we wanted a membrane roof not usually done in residential work, only commercial. Martin special ordered the material, then stored it for months while our contractor was late. He kept in touch, always responded to text/ email and honored his original quote despite the delays and storage. The crew was professional and careful and worked diligently. Despite wind and rain they paused the minimum time to be safe and finished the job quickly. We were building a new house and he was the one and only contractor I highly recommend.

After Martin inspected my roof and provided photos I received an estimate listing all the work that would be done on my roof. Martin and his crew did the work in a timely manner and they were professional. There were no “extra” charges and I feel like my home is protected after the inspection and work they did. I recommend their services.

This local roofing company is reliable, professional and communicates regularly and effectively. We used Radium Springs Roofing 3 years ago for a total roof replacement and they did an outstanding job. We’ve since moved and he’s now set up to do some maintenance on our current roof.

Martin and his team at Radium Springs construction did a fantastic job with my roof. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. I am most impressed with the cleanup that they did. Each day before the crew left they cleaned up the area. I would definitely use Martin and Radium Springs construction again.

Martin and his crew from Radium Springs Construction did an excellent job in coating my roof with a double base coat followed with two elastomeric coatings after they performed some minor repairs as needed... a very neat and clean job.
All of the workmen were extremely polite and courteous throughout their 4 days at work. Their materials used were of a very high quality and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

Martin called me the weekend before the crew arrived and ensured we were ready for the work to start. Martin and his crew showed up and worked like a finely tuned machine. They closed out the job and ensured I was satisfied with the work. The last man on the site walked my yard looking for any roofing debris and left with the dumpster. The only thing they left behind was a great looking, solid roof. Highly recommend.
