Left the exhaust pipe unconnected I was not aware until sometime later. I reached out several times and even sent pictures. I have no idea why I was ignored.I never got a response when I asked about it. The roof looks good. I just expected better customer service. I did everything I could on my end to be a good patron of this business. it took some time for me to complete the payment, but I was waiting for the insurance company to send it That’s the only thing I can think OK maybe He thought I was playing around or just being lazy or trying not to pay which I know is impossible. I wanted to get this situation over with as soon as possible.

David was quick to respond and come out to check out my roof the day after we were able to connect on the phone. He was very punctual and very friendly and kind. He spent a lot of time in my attic and up on the roof to thoroughly inspect the areas I thought I had problems. Thankfully my roof was not damaged but there were a few little areas that needed some preventative maintenance and David knocked it out for me himself the same day as the initial inspection! I would 100% recommend David and Rackley Roofing for any of your roofing needs, and when the time comes that I do need to replace my roof he is who I will be calling!

David Rackley and Rackley Roofing did an impeccable job repairing holes in our roof caused by falling limbs. Vincent was magnificent with his roofing knowledge and expertise plus can do attitude. I recently had a tree fall on my house resulting in significant damage to my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. My most immediate concern was getting my roof tarped to prevent water damage from open holes in my roof. It was a Saturday morning when I called David Rackley for help. He was on his way to a tennis match, but said he would not begin playing until he knew that I was taken care of. Within a few hours he had a crew on site removing debris from my roof and tarping it. At this point, I knew that this was a person that I wanted to do business with....and I did! Subsequently, David's crews repaired multiple rafters in my attic, repaired the soffit and fascia damage, and installed a new roof and all new gutters. They did a great job and I could not be happier. David is an honest contractor, whose prices are fair and reasonable. If you need roof or gutter work done, I strongly recommend giving him a call.

Rackley Roofing does more than just roof replacement and repair. I have a house that is sided with cedar planks where some needed repaired, and some needed replaced. They fixed all of the damaged planks and replaced a light fixture that was damaged by an old plank. The customer service , time spent repairing, and the price was well worth the call to Rackley roofing. I'd refer these guys to anyone.
