We recently had our roof, gutters and downspouts replaced. R4 Roofing did all the work and they were fantastic. Our Project Manager, Taylor, was very communicative and knowledgeable. This was a big project and it went seamlessly. Taylor was great to work with as were all the other employees. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you,R4, for everything.

Roofer was very responsive, was able to finish the roof within 1 week. Inexpensive quote, and much cheaper than the competitors. Not greedy, and very reasonable in price and affordable. I will recommend this company to anyone.

I met Jake, the sales associate for R4, at the Home and Garden show last year. I was happy to make a few connections with roofing companies as we were hoping to get a new roof after our basement remodel was complete. Other companies had come out to assess our roof and offered an estimate, but after explaining to them that we wanted to wait until our construction project was complete, we never heard from them again. Jake remained in touch and was respectful, but persistent in seeking our business. As often happens, our construction ran long and we really needed our roof. One other impressive feature R4 offered were drone photos of every angle of our roof. Those photos showed hail and wind damage that other companies had missed and went a long way in helping us secure the approval of our insurance companies coverage. When we were finally ready to have the roof done, the team came out in force and completed the job in about 2 and 1/2 days.
The roofing product looks beautiful and we are confident it will be long lasting.
There was a little hiccup in the decking, but after reaching out to Jake, that problem was solved the next day! We’ve felt well taken care of by the team at R4. Everyone has been professional and kind in every encounter. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I met with over 9 roofing contractors before I decided to go with R4. I worked exclusively with Brady who managed our project and did an excellent job. He was thorough, communicative, and fast. By far the smoothest process compared to the other 8 roofers I met with. I was also impressed with the amount of manufacturer’s R4 utilized. It seems other contractors are usually married to just 1 shingle brand, whereas R4 uses several which created more options and flexibility when some brands were back ordered last year. R4 also offered a superior warranty. If I ever have to replace a roof in a future house, R4 will be my only call.

We had heavy hail damage in our neighborhood. R4 Roofing and Exteriors project manager Brady Reay came out and inspected my roof. He found that there was no damage to the roof and that it was actually still in very good shape. He also brought to my attention that my gutters were holding water so to help he cleared the debrea from all of my downspouts. I did not need to use them this time, but in the future I will definitely call them for service.

The company and Brady who came to our house was outstanding. Did not charge for the visit as the issues had to deal with HVAC. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommended..

We are very pleased with the work R4 has done for us. With the recent hailstorm in July of this year, we were at wits end to have the work done on our home correctly. Before we signed up with R4, we had a bad experience with another roofer. We were recommended by our insurance agent to call R4 and we are so happy that we did! Andy was excellent in explaining how the estimate from the insurance works and how R4 was going to proceed. The quality of the work, and excellent communication is key to keeping everyone in the loop. Andy's team was polite and did an excellent job in clean up. Kudos to all involved! Andy and Joe provided top notch customer service from start to finish when they helped me with the insurance claim when a storm hit my house. The thing that sets this company apart from the rest is that they are not storm chasers, they are local. I contacted them. I appreciated their honesty, they looked at the neighbor's house and told him his roof was fine so they are not trying to push fruitless claims.

From start to finish, I was highly impressed with R4 Roofing & Exteriors. Their quotation was the most detailed and complete compared to the other 3 quotations I received. They spent the time answering my questions. They are an authorized ATLAS shingle installer and used their products to ensure the highest quality finished product was given to our home. R4 Roofing & Exteriors very communicative during the entire installation process (roof, skylight, gutters, etc.) and their teams of workers were respective, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any roofing or exterior project. I would certainly use them again!

Joe and the team were the BEST! They treated my home like it was their own. Our home needed significant preparation and they did an amazing job with a home that had little exterior upkeep for over a couple of decades. The paint job is exemplary because of the prep and how carefully the paint was applied. Joe was in constant communication throughout. I looked at several companies and the value I received for what I spent was outstanding!

We had such a good experience with R4! Our roof and gutters needed replaced due to hail damage. They made it very easy and even handled the paperwork. Their employees were prompt and professional. Good to work with after hail storm in 2018. When problem arose after roof installation that may not have been due to any oversight on their part, they promptly responded and addressed the issue.
