We had an excellent "all-in-one" inspection with R2 Properties that included Radon, Pest, and Home. The appointment was easy to plan online, although the uniqueness of the property (large farm with three dwellings) required me to speak directly with Steve to book, simply to ensure all aspects of the request were understood and covered. The resulting report was very thorough and allowed us to communicate efficiently with the seller to negotiate repairs. Invoices were clean, detailed, and easy to pay online. Inspection report was detailed with lots of photos. Might be useful in the future to use a camera drone to examine roofs that aren't visible from the ground and that are too dangerous to climb.

Had a wonderful time with Mr. Robert's, for the first time meeting him. Very open to questions, and had no problem with a reply. Very insightful and helpful when it came to problems that may arise in the future and very forthcoming if something needed to be addressed sooner than later and I appreciate that. When you have inspection like a home inspection done, always have someone that takes there time and does it right. There is a lot of information in the report, and it can seem overwhelming, but that's not a bad thing. In closing, had a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend Mr. Robert's.
