Berkshire Family Cleaning

I hired Berkshire Cleaners to prepare a condominium that I am listing as a realtor. It was in tough shape and needed a complete cleaning and removal of unwanted items. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

We hired them as cleaners for a STR. They came for the first clean, which costs double the amount of a regular clean. Overall did an ok job, but there were few things that weren’t done properly (such as leaving supply closet open, doors unlocked). When we gave them feedback they immediately cancelled service, and left us hanging without cleaners for the upcoming guest stay.

From the timely manner in which they got back to me when I left a message interested in getting a quote, it took only a few days for them to come a check it out. Then it only took a few more days after that and the job was done! A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Incredible service! Miguel and his team showed up on time (even a bit early!) and gave my home the most thorough deep cleaning it had had in years! My house is sparkling, and their care and attention to detail was amazing. We will be setting up regular cleanings with them going forward!

If I were able to I would not give any stars!
My husband called and talked to them twice and scheduled an appointment for 10 am. He called again 2x and left messages to confirm the appointment. We never heard back from them and they never showed up! They have not answered our calls, let them go to voicemail, and did not return the calls.
We were expecting guests to stay at the house and had to scramble to get it cleaned.
NOT RELIABLE!!!!

Unable to find an apartment building on North Street in the heart of Pittsfield. Instead of coordinating with me to find the building, they ditched their appointment and failed to notify me until I contacted them. Gave them a second chance and tried to reschedule an appointment, but they blocked my number.

Would not recommend this business if you live in Pittsfield.
