Our experience with ACE All Wash was fantastic! When I called to get an estimate, Mr. Moore came out promptly to do a walk around. He explained the cleaning process and the solutions used for cleaning all of our surfaces, stopping to answer any questions I had along the way. His communication was great and he was easy to talk to. The quote he sent was very fair and included details of what was included in his pricing. Once we accepted the quote he returned quickly and even worked through several rain storms to complete the job. Our house, deck railings, and fence had been neglected for the last several years and were looking pretty rough. Mr. Moore went above and beyond to make sure all of our surfaces looked as good as they possibly could. The results were amazing! From explaining the process to his prep work to his execution of the cleaning, he took incredible care with us and our home. Mr. Moore is extremely knowledgable, conscientious, and courteous! We hired Shawn to clean our large, paved patio of grime and mildew -- which was more complicated than it sounds. He was relentless in getting every detail just right, making many unscheduled trips and unforeseen adjustments to perfect the job. Best of all, unlike almost all other service folks who've worked for us, he did exactly what he said he was going to when he said he was going to do it. Can't recommend him more highly!

All I can say is you need to hire Shawn to do you house and roof cleaning. He came and was very knowledgeable especially on the roof and the importance of why you need to have it cleaned. Especially if you have trees close by. I have had many of power washing on homes, dock, and patios, hands down this guy is the best. I would have given 5+++++ if I could. You need to know what you are getting before you judge the price, cheap is not always better but end results is what matters.

1st he tested the new stain we just had done to make sure it would not discolor.
2nd had a roofr report done and sent along with bid. This shows many aspects of you roof with satellite images.
3rd he brought his own towels to lay at each doorway and sliders to protect from water coming in.
4th explained everything he was doing.
5th and most important lifted all screen to make sure sills were cleaned.

All in all it looks 100% better than I ever dreamed it could. Will add photo's when I get a chance but even they will not do the justice without before and after photo's.

This was my first experience with a power washing service and I must say Shawn exceeded my expectations. He has set the bar high for the quality and the care he puts into his work. Shawn takes the time to educate you on the process and ensure he provides the right services to fit your specific needs. His pricing is fair. I'd highly recommend him!

I would highly recommend ACE All Wash Inc. Shawn was very responsive throughout my engagement with him. He prepared a detailed estimate and provided lots of information about the process he uses. The quality of the work was exceptional. He doesn't just rush in and try to get out as quickly as he can. Before he even starts the washing, he goes the extra mile and takes a lot of time to prepare the house (inside and outside) for the process. It is clear that Shawn cares about his work and his customers. We thought he would be able to finish the job in one day, but as the day was drawing to a close it was clear he would have to come back. This was our first time having someone wash the house. We thought we were going to have to repaint. Shawn did such a great job, it looks fresh and ready for summer and no repainting is necessary. His attention to detail was impressive as was his knowledge and experience. We will certainly call Shawn again.

Shawn was hired by my property management company/landlord to complete a power wash on our townhome (which was truly in terrible condition). Shawn came out to conduct the estimate, and then again the day before the scheduled service to make sure that we understood sealing up the home properly and confirmed when he would arrive. The following day, he was punctual and worked tirelessly, all afternoon, to ensure that the exterior of our home was truly immaculate. We were floored the next day when we were able to see it in daylight - he did an incredible job!! He worked from noon until 6pm, cleaned every last bit of grime off out house (and out porch steps!!) and did so in 28 degree weather! He was kind and professional - we would recommend him over and over again!

Shawn pressure washed the outside of my whole house yesterday, including the roof , the gutters with gutter screens, brick patio and brick walk. What was so amazing to me was that he brought everything for the job with him on his truck: blowers, hoses, ladders, and even the huge bins of water for the job. He used nothing from my house. I have never had service like that. He also called or texted before he came and came when he said he would come. I very highly recommend Shawn for any pressure washing job.

I have lived in my house for thirty years, and because my house covered by trees, the deck needs annual cleaning to rid it of discolorations. And so I have used many cleaners who would come, do the job, and then leave. This year is the first time that I have hired Ace Cleaning. First of all Shawn came to assess the job and make recommendations. When he came to do the job he started out with prep work to make sure that windows and outside lights were sealed with tape. He carefully maneuvered the hoses from his truck over my garden and then carefully proceeded to do the upper deck, the lower deck and the overhangs over the deck and front of the house. Not only did he do the top but also washed the underside. And while doing that he also did all the windows. I must say that my deck and house have never looked as sparkling clean as with Ace Cleaning. In addition on another occasion he used scrubbing brushes to scrub away mosses and lichens from my concrete driveway. It has never looked so bright and clean!
My glowing satisfaction in the initial process was not the only recommendation, for Shawn is a meticulous perfectionist in his work. He came to inspect his job and noticed that some of the cobwebs in the overhangs were not completely eliminated. And so he came back to correct the imperfections.
When I was still a professor at Virginia Tech I wrote many letters of recommendations for students. But I must say that I have never written a letter for someone who did a job at my house. It gives me great pleasure to attest to the superior, careful, meticulous and personable work of Shawn Moore.

I usually spend an entire weekend every year or so pressure washing the dirt and mold from my vinyl siding and wooden deck. Its a chore I used to enjoy but more often than not, I end up throwing my back out. This year I decided to take a chance with the good folks at Ace All Wash, a relatively new company in the Blacksburg area. Owner Shawn Moore did all the work himself in just a few hours, a fraction of the time it would have taken me and did a much better job than I have ever been able to do with my underpowered pressure washer. In addition, Mr. Moore used a lower pressure wash which literally melted the dirt and mold away. Using a low pressure wash, he avoided the damage to the vinyl siding and wood gouging I have experienced in the past using high-pressure washers. I was very impressed with his quick response, professionalism and quality. Ace All Wash is a value-able, new addition to the New River Valley business community and will help you not break your bank or back doing your own exterior cleaning.
