R. J. Amann just completed a second job for us and we were thrilled. They priced the project fairly, were patient and accommodating of our change requests and did excellent work. We are thrilled. R. J. Amann is our "go to" builder and we recommend them without reservation.

Signed a contract with this contractor at the beginning of April to build a gazebo in our backyard. Sent a deposit at that time They committed to starting work in late August-early September. As of today, October 1st, no work. The contractor keeps delaying and delaying and blaming everyone but themselves. Zero communication from the contractor on the status of our project. We constantly needed to reach out to them to find out what was happening and then all we got was more delays. Our job was only a $42,000 project which I guess is too small for them to worry about. But the lack of follow-up or communication is stunning! This was a 12' x 12' screened-in building with a concrete slab. Each subcontractor probably had a day or two of work, so doing nothing for 6 months is crazy. I would not recommend this contractor for any job. Their lack of communication, organization and professionalism is disappointing.

Superior workmanship and quality! Ron and his crew are the absolute best. He's done several projects for us and each one has surpassed our expectations. You can't ask for a more honest, hardworking group.
