SERVPRO of Lake Geneva

Eric was the the manager of our fuel oil spill project. He did an excellant job comunicating with us on what was going to happen, gave us an estimate, which came in under the quote. The crew did excellant work, the area they worked on was in better condition when they finished than it was prior to the fuel oil spill. They aired out the entire basement, which turned out to have no fuel oil smell when completed. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone and we will definately use them again if needed.

Our repair project which was caused by a leaking ice maker line was very professional and beautiful. The cabinets matched well, the carpentry was meticulous.

I came to them with a very odd request. I asked them to try and dry out my hot tub cover styrofoam. It was water soaked and instead of weighing around 50 pounds, it weighed in the neighborhood of maybe two to three hundred pounds. They tried for a week and got some water out but not enough to make a difference. They were extremely friendly, carried these panels into their shop and then loaded them back in my truck when I picked them up and didn't charge me a dime! They told me before I dropped them off that if they could not do the job. there would not be any cost. Where do you find a company like this anymore??? Right in Lake Geneva. I know who I will call if I should be unfortunate enough to need disaster clean up. They could have very easily said that they did not do work like this. Everyone from the secretaries, to the workers to the owner were incredible. I am dropping off breakfast as a thank you. You guys actually live up to your commercials. Nice to know such a company exists these days.

A quarter of our home flooded due to a faulty washing machine. Within 35 minutes of my call to ServPro their crew and equipment were at our home. They were also highly recommended by our homeowners insurance agent and our HOA. Because of Joe and Eric and their team (including Seth and others) we saved thousands of dollars on damages. I never post to reviews but I have to on this, particularly when I see the negative reviews. I can tell you without hesitation that Servpro has been responsive and professional. Eric from Servpro has been outstanding.... shows a remarkable amount of commitment to your project and your situation. I am asking them to do my restoration as well. Hopefully we see the same on that side of the project.

This team (Anthony, Joe, Ted, Greg, and Josh) were wonderful.
They removed all the carpet and laminate from my basement, and also carefully took apart a built-in cabinet to get to the floor underneath, then set up dehumidifiers and fans for several days to dry the floors and walls. Anthony came out and did measurements, and has spoken to me several times about the situation, which has been extremely helpful. Joe also took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process, and before removing the equipment, Joe confirmed that the walls and floors were completely dry, so that I could confidently look in to new flooring as soon as I wanted to. I would highly recommend them to others, and would contact them again in the future should I need their services again.

My basement flooded after the largest rainfall in our area in decades. I called Servpro late that evening and received a call the very next morning at 8:00 AM stating they would be sending a crew out within an hour. Joe and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately went to work removing the water from my basement. Joe walked me through everything and put my mind at ease. I know due to the extreme levels of rain Servpro was receiving high call volumes and despite this, Joe and Anthony made me feel like a priority, answered any questions I had and made me feel like family. Should I or anyone I know ever need disaster cleanup services again, I know I will calling the Lake Geneva Servpro and requesting Joe and his crew.

After the deluge of rain on 9/11, my basement had sump pump issues flooding my family room. I phoned right away and they were out the next day and continue to return until the problem is taken fully resolved They didn't do more than needed to be done, therefore not adding additional cost. Everything was explained during the process. Would definitely recommend them as I'm sure they would do the same quality work as they did for me. Also I might mention they came in each day from Lake Geneva to Racine. I would also like to say a big thank you to Joe who was very good at letting me know what was happening and why. He and his crew were very great to have in my home.

Anthony was my estimator and answered all my question about how and what was to be done. Joe and his crew were absolutely great in doing what was required; and more so, in a quick and expeditious manor - also answering my questions. They took the time to make me comfortable with what had to be done. I will (hope not) not hesitate should I need them again.

ServPro has gone above an beyond for our insured with a fire claim. There with with the insurance agent, insurance adjuster and client the 1st day to access what is needed to get the customer back to before the loss. Provided excellent service and attention to our customer needs and priorities. Wonderful company, service and people to work with.

We recently sustained water damage that required professional help. We had never needed this type of services, so we went with our insurance agent’s suggestion: SERVPRO. We called SERVPRO of Lake Geneva, and from the first contact with them, were very happy we did.
Your franchise & especially the group of people we directly dealt with, showed us dedication, promptness and professionalism.
Jessica in the office was extremely helpful whenever we had a question.
Anthony R. – our “Project” Manager, Joe S. - our “Site” Manager & all of the Crew were friendly, polite and didn’t mind answering any questions we had about the work (explaining things in a way we could understand). The communication was fantastic – always kept us informed - from the start.
Joe and his crew deserve a “shout-out” for dealing with the extreme cold & snow and always remaining positive & cheerful.

Over the past 30 years, we have dealt with 4 "disasters" which we have had to call in a cleaning service. By far, SERVPRO from Lake Geneva and the crew from Janesville have provided us with the best experience we've ever had. This is the first time we feel we are dealing with an honest company. We'd like to give a special shout out to Joe S from Lake Geneva, and to Dalton and his crew from Janesville.

These are some of the hardest workers around. Their hard work and dedication really shows in their work. They are fast and do what it takes to get the job done. They take great care of their customers. This is a great family and veteran owned business.

We use their service at my work for flood and fire abatement. Open 24 hours and they were there within a couple of hours.

This company is totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. They were hired to do a level 1 mold removal. The crew was in competent and destroyed personal property and took way too long to do unsatisfactory, uncompleted work. They refuse to compensate or rectify the situation. The project manager went back on his word to offer a credit.

Called several times to try to talk with the owner they never put you through. They do not care about the customer at all.

Always willing to try to work with you to make sure that you get the best possible services! Really made a stressful time less stressful for everyone involved!

I had an issue in my basement she the whole town flooded. This guy comes out and routes me between 500 to 850. I get a bill in the mail for over 2000. I called multiple numbers to get an estimate from them for the work and didn't get one. I feel we were taken advantage in the worst situation.

Beware: We were taken advantage of in an emergency situation. We had water damage in our basement and needed remediation. ServPro came out and verbally indicated to us that it would cost $1,500ish for 3-5 days of drying the basement. Two days later, they returned, told us the basement wasn't dry and said we'd racked up a bill of $3,500 thus far. Huh?!? Nothing had changed from the original estimate. This review is not based on the quality of their work. It is solely on the fact that they verbally indicated a ballpark estimate, their service didn't change from the original estimate, and yet they charged us over 2x their estimate.
