Unlike other companies we met with, Kevin took the time to assess the situation in our crawlspace and come up with a solution that would actually work for our needs. He and his team then installed a vapor barrier for us. They worked efficiently and without complaint, even though it was so cold outside! Kevin sent his crew out to do remediation after I had a sewer drain backup in the basement. I had a fast response to my inquiry and after approving the work, the crew arrived right on time. They were immaculate and protected my floors in between the entry and work area, and cleaned up my basement mess like it never happened which is what you would expect from a remediation company and they delivered on that expectation! Water in a basement can be a very stressful experience, but knowing we have a reputable, reliable and great company like this in our community that will come to your rescue helps and I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

In avoiding to use ServPro per recommendation of our plumber, we decided to contact a local company to address the emergency situation we had at our family cottage along Lake Delavan on 6/28/24. I contacted Daleen Restoration for a basement emergency. I arrived home from work around 6pm on a Monday night only to discover my sump pump’s discharge pipe burst and water was everywhere. Kevin’s response time was immediate. (Luckily my plumber was already there putting a band aid on it until it could be fully replaced). Kevin arrived, thoroughly assessed the situation, put some fans down and his crew arrived immediately the next morning to do a complete tear out, thus placing more fans around. Kevin and the team were amazing from the first phone call to the last. Kevin made it a smooth process the whole time especially while working with my insurance company - he handled everything in a very professional, timely fashion. If I called him, he answered. I’ve used Daleen Restoration twice in the past, however I was really thankful this past week. My house flooded and mold filled our vents, within two hours a few employees started airing the house out and cleaning it all up. The owner Kevin explained everything that needed to be done, cost, time and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Kevin was very responsive and timely. I know they were busy with other flood damage after a storm and power outages in the area. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They offered and suggested appropriate services and patiently worked with me since this was my first and hopefully last flood. I would recommend Daleen if you’re looking for a restoration service.

Had a small fire at my home in the kitchen area. Overall did a decent job, but their attention to detail was not great at ALL! After they were completed with their job, I started to paint the areas that they did not repaint and that's when I found more and more things not cleaned. EVERY outlet and switch had soot behind the cover after removing. They offered to take to come back and fix but i said do not bother... they took off only $150.... of a bill of $6,400.... Every closet they said they cleaned still had cobwebs and soot in them...They are only after insurance $$$$, plain and simple. Beware of them and check their work, because if this was not an insurance claim, it would of been half the cost. Should not have to babysit and check on a professionals work. But areas of the house still smelled like smoke and stains on walls after "cleaning" Just beware..

We had a problem with mice and had them come to clean our basement. From the first call to return calls, showing up when they said they would, I was very impressed!! I will recommend Daleen services to everyone I know!! And I will call them for future service.
