We wanted to fix our roof and took 5 estimates and checked all of the roofers doing our research before taking one. When we came upon R. Celeste roofing, they did not even have a real address. The address led to what I believe is their mailing address. In addition they claim to be in business for 35 years when they have only been registered with the Secretary of State for 7. Just wanted to let people know the truth before considering to take R Celeste roofing. It seems like a fraudulent company.

The team replaced our roof, vents, fan, facia, soffit, and gutters with the highest quality materials. The guys on site were professional and enjoyable. They respected our pack of dogs and did amazing work. Thanks for being so great with such a big investment.

We were very pleased with the Celeste team who did our roof and gutter replacement. I came to know them based upon strong ratings and reputations and pricing was reasonable in relation to other bids. I came to trust and rely upon Robert based upon his patience, honesty, responsiveness and professionalism. Now I won't kid you, this is invasive, difficult work and there issues and questions which arose -- Robert patiently handled them all. The roofing crew, in particular, was friendly, courteous and hard working. We had the unfortunate timing of install during hot stormy weather but all worked well. We do recommend roller magnet cleanup of nails which are risk to car tires, bare feet etc. Thank you to the Celeste team

R. Celeste company did excellent work replacing old soffit, facia and gutters. All work done efficiently and on time. No surprises! Workers were tops. Even took care of a special problem we had water leakage under a patio roof.

R Celeste Construction did a partial rebuild (from the roofline up) of our chimney. Mario's workmanship was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I needed new gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, and some rotten facia wood repaired. We arranged for Celeste Roofing to come to our house and give us an estimate on the necessary repairs. Robert showed up on time and we went around the house discussing certain areas that needed additional work. After this Robert provided samples of gutters and leaf guards. This was very helpful as we discussed the price points of each product along with their benefits. Robert's install team showed up on time and did a great job. I reviewed some trouble spots on the house with the installers and they addressed them perfectly. My wife and I would highly recommend Celeste Roofing. I hired R Celeste to replace our roof and gutters as part of an insurance claim. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and how transparent they were at each stage of the process. Robert worked with me to get each step of the insurance claim sorted out as well. I will definitely contact the company for future work of this nature.

I hired R Celeste to replace the roof on my house, and replace the soffit, fascia, and downspouts on both my house and garage.

The results were amazing and look really good. Robert was very easy to work with and offered a very competitive price to do the work. Would recommend for any home owner.

Robert's crew did an excellent job in removing and replacing my roof as well as a skylight. They worked efficiently and professionally to complete the job on a timely basis!

We worked with Robert and his crew on replacing the roof at a home we own in Grayslake. He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and was also cost competitive. He then completed the removal of the old roof and install of the new roof promptly, completing everything in less than a day - and left the worksite immaculate. Shortly after that, he helped us with a small roof repair in Mundelein - again super easy to work with, prompt, and left everything immaculate. He also provided a detailed letter with photos of the repair, which we needed to close an inspection report. This is a great company. I'd work with R Celeste construction any time.

R Celeste Construction replaced my shingles, soffit and gutters. The price was fair and the job was completed in a timely manner with great attention to detail. The tradesmen who did the work were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves before they left the job site. I haven't found a single nail in my yard or driveway.

I worked with Norbert primarily who was quite patient with me during the long time in communication. Once the contract was signed he maintained good communication to let me know when the materials were being delivered and the roof ultimately getting complete with the chimney. I would recommend them. Robert’s company was hired to do the roof and replace the gutters and downspouts at my mother’s house this past summer (2020). My mom hired him because he had done a good job replacing the siding back in 2003 and trusted his work. Robert and his crew were prompt, efficient and responsive to any questions we had. I met with Robert to explore options to repair a damaged roof and gutters. During the process, Robert was on-time, professional, and explained the process to complete the repairs necessary on my roof. I explored over a dozen companies looking at estimates and treating every company identically as we determined who to work with and why. No details were shared or discussed between contractors. The estimate was a fair price and I felt that Robert and his team were very honest. I never felt that services were being pushed on me. It is not simply finding the cheapest contractor. Roberts price was competitive and in many cases similar to the others. I highly recommend R Celeste for roofing, skylight's and gutters. The price was fair and the work of the highest quality. Always responsive and on time. Great company to work with.

Robert did every thing he promised to do. Communicated well through the process. Returned calls with answers to any questions I had. Very professional. I would recommend him for your next roof replace. Above all, if you have any questions or concern, prior or during the project and even after, Robert will get back to you quickly and answer any questions.
Very Professional. He was on site at the start of the project, and reviewed all with the crew. Not like some companies the sales men promises the world and the installers do it their way. Robert went over the detail with the crew before they started. They did a great job.

Had one appointment with him and then we set up a secondary appointment to finalize all details and he no call no showed. I took off of work for our appointment as well. I called and left a message and also emailed. After some days I got an email response saying he was out of town and would reach out once back at a specific date. Still no response. With this type of service I would recommend you look elsewhere for this type of work.

I have to say that I had received quotes from 4 other roofers and they not only had the best price but the professionalism was outstanding.
They did a couple of things that I didn’t even know was included such as roof vents. Other places want to change for that they did not. They also cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn’t even know that they had been here.
I would highly recommend this contractor and will have him back at my house for other projects as they come up.

Completed the job in 8 hrs even though there was snow on my roof. They shoveled it off, dried it and went to work pulling off the old roof right done to the plywood. They did have to replace some of the
plywood and that I thought they might have too. They were great, thanks a lot for a job well done.

I had a two story downspout that needed to be reconnected to the gutter and reattached to my house.
The followup and price quote was quick. The work was performed in a timely fashion and appears to be well done. Communication was good. No surprises. I wold use them again.
