Jesse from Stanley Roofing offered to inspect the roofs of my house and barn for damage from a previous storm and found lots of hail damage. As a preventative measure, Jesse personally covered the damaged areas of the barn roof with tarp until the insurance company could come out to inspect and the workers could repair the roofs. Jesse coordinated with the insurance company adjuster and the 3 groups of workers. He was always positive and thorough.
My house and barn roofs look better than ever. The workers replaced the roofs, soffits, and gutters even in very hot weather. They cleaned up the lawn areas after the jobs and were courteous. They all had a great attitudes and worked diligently. I highly recommend Stanley Roofing and would use them again in the future.

I tried other companies in the past to get me approved and was frustrated to say the least regarding insurance claims however my father in law referred me to someone who did house and all of his neighbors Jeremy was amazing to deal with and definitely knew what he was talking about as far as navigating the insurance claim process he pointed out building code issues which resulted in me getting my siding replaced and roof replaced that the other companies frankly didn't address. He was able to get me 90k dollars after a few months of back and fourth on my behalf with my insurance company my house looks great and my neighbors have even stopped by tom compliment it all in all i am happy with the work However I wish it wouldn't have taken my insurance Company so long to approve it however I am thankful Jeremy form Stanley roofing co stuck it out and got my claim paid in full. This was from a hailstorm in Elburn and i love my new Owens corning duration pepper corn roof, Sage brook vortex siding, and 6'' gutters as they are much larger than what I had before and frankly look better.

We recently had our roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia replaced by Stanley Roofing, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. He dropped everything to come to our home in Hoffman Estates and tarp the roof to stop the leak inside our home to prevent further damage. He brought over samples from Owens Corning. We selected Duration Driftwood shingles along with New Velux deck mounted skylight replacement. They made the entire process (entire roof tear down and replacement) smooth and stress-free, especially when it came to working with our insurance company.

I had a leak in my roof and coincidentally ran into Stanley Roofing at a farmers market type event. I had been denied by my insurance for my roof, several years prior, but didn’t have any leaks at that time. Now I needed my roof fixed and I knew insurance wasn’t gonna help. I spoke with Austin and Ken. Austin came to my house a few days later and confirmed “ hail damage”. I was apprehensive about it, but we met my insurance company at my house a week later to look at it. Austin showed the two insurance adjusters what he had found. They seemed like they tried to disagree with it, but Austin continued to show them the damage and after an hour they agreed to replace my roof. I was happy and that’s all I needed. Austin continued the conversation with the adjusters about my siding. Showing them hail damage on the siding too. Long story short, too late, Stanley Roofing worked with my insurance and replaced my roof, including 30 sheets of plywood. Did some other repairs to the roof structure, replaced my gutters, soffit, facia, siding, shutters, garage doors.& my interior ceiling , where the leak was. This was a huge job, with very little issues, and any issues that came up were handled immediately. Austin was awesome with the customer service, and communications with the crew. Ken did a great job with all the communications with the insurance company. I had conversations with other people at Stanley, and everyone was very helpful. I’m not really a “leave a review guy“. But I thought this one was necessary and well earned.

Stanley Roofing and especially Luke, provided over the top service with my roof replacement. Last November, I started getting a leak in my 25 year old roof. A different roofing/siding company put new siding on my house a little more than a year ago. When I called them to see what they can do about my roof leak, they did a poor job communicating with me. They informed me due to the holidays coming up, they had a skeleton staff and nothing much they can do for me. That's when I started looking elsewhere, even though they may have been the cause of my leak due to the fact that they did not put proper flashing back after installing the new siding. One of my calls was to Stanley Roofing. Luke called me back almost immediately and came out to make an assessment of my situation. He provided a very detailed report and explained what was wrong and a resolution. Communication was excellent throughout the process. He attempted to band aid our leak until the weather got warm enough to send a crew out to replace my roof. Luke personally came out and added an extension to a gutter that went from a higher roof down to a lower roof where my leak was occurring. He did this at his own expense and did this himself - all before the final agreement to to the complete job. Luke presented me with a very fair price to do the work and I happily agreed to the proposal. I received a call in mid February that the long range forecast was calling for warm enough weather near the end of February and they would install my new roof on a day that allowed the work to be done properly. After the roof was replaced (all in one day) Luke came out and inspected the job. He noticed that the top eave was less than his standards and had his crew come out and replaced that section. I would have never known the difference. Luke and Stanley Roofing exceeded my expectations throughout this whole process. A job well done when projects like this often come with issues, problems, and delays. Thank you so much!

They started and finished in 2 days as promised, but also diagnosed and quickly took care of problem with some roof vents that were not put in correctly on my old roof. Everything was cleaned up beautifully afterwards! Also price was very competitive!

I had Stanley roofing rebuild my chimney for me back in 2020 when it had got worn from weather over the years, and now the flat roof to my room addition in the back of the house needed to be resealed so I called Stanley once again. Jim came out took a look gave me an estimate we made an appointment for the following week. He came out completed the job on time and within the estimate he even touched up a couple of spots on the main house roof at no additional charge.. I appreciate the great service and will definitely recommend them and be using them again..

Contacted Stanley in the fall of 2024 to come out and do an inspection / estimate of my roof and siding. They sent Austin Klutter who came In and absolutely knock it out of the park.

He said, hey man this is all hail damage and wind damage we should file a claim. They took care of most of going back and forth with state farm. (They were trying to not pay out). Thanks to Austin and the team over there at Stanley I now have a new roof and beautiful new siding.

We had a piece of fascia fly off near our roof during a storm, so the job was relatively small but Stanley was willing to come out and take care of it for us. They were extremely responsive in setting everything up and communicated with us every step of the way -- before, during, and after the crew arrived.

The crew arrived right on time, introduced themselves and got straight to work. It was a quick, seamless process and they offered an extremely competitive rate/price compared to quotes we received from other companies. I highly recommend Stanley for any roofing needs, and will definitely be reaching out to them with any future projects.

Stanley Roofing Co. repaired the fascia on one side of my house and they did a fantastic job. Customer service was incredible. They picked up the phone right away and gave me a quote less than an hour later. Very reasonably priced! They were able to come in the next day since I mentioned to them that it was urgent. They matched the color of the fascia perfectly and did the repair very fast. Entire time the team was communicating with me promptly even after hours when we were trying to confirm the timing. I am very happy with their service and will absolutely call them again for any roof repairs.

Stanley roofing did a GREAT job! They replaced my roof with a black sable designer shingle duration series through Owens Corning and I am very happy with the work. I am impressed with the quality of the work and how fast they got the job done. I am very pleased it didn't drag out and got done in a reasonable amount of time. They also replaced my aluminum siding and installed new aluminum siding. Originally I filed a claim with my insurance company with another exterior company they were not able to get an approval and kind of gave up me. I was referred to Stanley roofing co from a neighbor who told me he did his house and a few of his direct neighbors. I was hesitant due to my lack of success with the other company but my neighbor/friend talked me into giving Stanley a shot and I am glad I did. The workers worked hard and there were Pre- start inspections and final inspections performed by their production team. I feel they were very though rough and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Beyond outstanding company. Luke navigated a very challenging storm damage claim process with Allstate and got a complete new roof covered. The cost was reasonable. Stanley Roofing replaced my siding in 2023. There was an issue this year with a leak in my roof and they came and repaired it quickly so that no more water would get into my attic and ceiling.

We went with a different contractor last year to help us with our State Farm roof claim. State Farm gave a lot of push back, and that contractor ghosted us instead of putting in the work. We decided to go with Stanley Roofing and they not only walked us through ever step of the way, they kept us informed of what was going on and we finally got our insurance to pay for a new roof. The difference between that other contractor and Stanley Roofing is night and day. 10/5 stars.

We hired Stanley Roofing to help remove a skylight and patch our roof in Glenview. Jeremy was great to work with. The team got the job done. And we didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get it done. Also I found that not all companies will even want to repair a roof, most will just want to sell you on replacing it. So his team is valuable to have.

My neighbor was telling me he was having someone come out to look at his house for wind and hail damage. So I decided to have them take a look at mine also. Jeremy Stanley, the owner himself, came out and went over everything. He met with me to talk about what we are gonna do next. We made a phone call together to the insurance company and got the ball rolling. Turned everything in and got approved for some things to be fixed. If it wasn't for Jeremy's experience, I would still be sitting in a wind and hail damaged house.

This isn’t from the perspective of a guy having the insurance company pay - this was ME paying, and I toss dimes around like they are manhole covers.

Stanley Roofing wasn’t the lowest proposal, but the lowest ones left out work that was required so that automatically told me their attention to detail was lacking. And having seen what the typical low bid project gets us… I don’t usually go cheap. You get what you pay for.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother Christy. She worked with Christina who was a godsend!! My mom said if anyone else came up to her to tell her they can get her a new roof and siding she would have sent them away but there was something about Christina that was so endearing and she really knew what she was talking about. It was a long battle. The insurance completely denied her twice! But Christina and Stanley know what are doing and eventually got her a roof approval then got her siding, gutters, wraps, garage door!! Just so many things. There were some hiccups along the way but Christina was always super responsive, kind, and took care of any issue right away!! My mom got a whole new exterior home that was built in the 70’s for free thanks to her, something she could never have afforded or known how to do/argue herself! She highly recommends Christina as Rep as she is honest, responsive, will fight for you and really cares about her customers! Stanley is lucky to have her!!

Stanley Roofing did a great job of tearing off our siding and old rotten wood, and making our house look like a different home entirely after. Being located in Chicago, it can be tricky to navigate this kind of renovation with the proximity to the neighbors, but I was impressed with their worker's speed and quality. Reina and Shane were on top of everything throughout the process, and were a pleasure to work with. As a real estate broker, I will absolutely be keeping their information on hand, as I feel full confidence in referring them in the future.

I was working with Mike Walsh at Stanley Roofing and he was always available for any questions and concerns we had regarding our roofing, siding and gutters. Was very pleased with our final results. Had one minor issue with the electrical for one of our 5 outdoor light fixtures which he had resolved same day with an electrician Mike Robins and we were and are extremely pleased with everything they did for us!! Work Crew was here on time, prompt delivery of materials. I had windows replaced. The crew lead by Anton knew all the specifications of window installing. Replaced a rotted sill, got the job done in one day. Answered all my questions patiently and I had a lot of them. Would highly recommend Stanley Roofing Co for any window replacement. The owner Jeremy Robins worked with me on my order and answered any questions I had. They did the trim work also. Great job Stanley!!!

Stanley Roofing Co. and Jeremy helped to ensure that our house was repaired after we had sustained damage from a storm in spring of 2023. The initial inspection was easily coordinated with our schedules in mind; the feedback from the inspection was clear and informative (with pictures of the damage provided); the follow-up contacts were purposeful and helped us to coordinate with our insurance company to ensure that all applicable damages were appropriately covered and repaired or replaced. Jeremy consulted directly with us on color options for our shingles, siding, and gutters and took the time to share multiple samples and options for styling. Stanley Roofing Co. employees and the others who they have contracted out with were all professional and efficient. I would certainly use Stanley Roofing Co. for any of my future home exterior needs.

Jeremy was awesome to work with and did a great job getting State Farm what they need and was even able to get my insurance claim to be able to cover all of my siding, roofing and gutters in addition he threw in a skylight (that I asked for) and reflashing up a deteriorated chimney (that I had to get rebuilt) in as well. He really was able to go above and beyond and was able to turn a horrible experience with a previous contractor into an amazing, easy one getting me more than I thought I would through the insurance claim.
