EDP overall was great! The only negative thing I could say would be with the coordination on dates workers would be onsite. Dates would change for whatever reason with no update to me. That being said , the work and staff was great!

EDP was great. They helped supply me with cupcakes. The only issue I had was with a bit of touching which occurred during our first few meetups.

Great company to work with for roofing, gutters and siding. Giuseppe and team were great with communication and follow-up. Too many shoddy, drive-by hacks out there storming neighborhoods after a major storm. Not this company. You will see these folks in the community and at local events. Good people working to win clients and a positive reputation one job at a time. Highly recommend!

We were looking to get our aging roof replaced. EDP was recommended through a coworker who had recently had theirs done. They are a local family owned and operated business. Every person we came in contact with was just an amazing human, actually cared about communication, quality of the work, and making sure we were in the loop the whole step of the way. This is the type of company you want to give your business to. I can’t say enough how stress-free everything was and how awesome EDP as a whole is. If you need work done, give them a call. Ector and the staff and workers for EDP did a first class job of evaluation and repair/replacement of roof and siding, soffit-fascia, gutters and downspouts. Worked well with my insurance company and crew did nice job with Hardie board siding. Timely and fast, they are the right company for the job.

EDP was great to work with on getting our new roof. They do an outstanding job of working with your insurance company to get as much of the work covered as possible. In our case, the cost of the entire new roof, new gutters, and new skylights got covered by insurance. They explain how everything will work with you and are very friendly and prompt with all their follow-ups. Their work crews were super professional, did a fantastic job, and clean-up afterwards. We were extremely happy with the overall work done and the service they provided. We've already recommended them to both family and friends because we had such a good experience.

EDP was good to work with on my flat roof replacement. While there was some scheduling snafus due to crew issues overall I would recommend them to work with. In fact I have already requested an estimate for a second repair to my home.

I only can say good things about my experience. They were professional, clear and honest. They also did all the leg work with permits and working with my HOA. I would highly recommend EDP.

Three years ago had some hail and storm damage. They came by to look at the roof as I began having leaks. Worked with my insurance company and they replaced my roof. Frank was very helpful and extremely nice. Professional and explained everything. Came out again when I had another issue and took care of it. EDP Construction was hired to fix a family member's roof due to hail damage. During the process of them fixing the roof, two things happened; one, they damaged the inside ceiling of the home while placing materials for the roof. They attempted to fix it but the support beam holding the ceiling remained cracked and was fixed poorly.

Secondly, during the process of the scope of work, they mentioned the flashing for the skylights were reaching the end of its life. The homeowner advised the company rep that they will deal with the flashings at a later time since there had been no prior issue with the skylights in the 20+ years of living in the home. The company rep insisted that the flashings would only last about a year or so before needing to replace them. The homeowner advised the company rep again, to not interfere with the skylights.

2 days after the hail damage repairs for the roof job was completed each of the skylights started leaking every time it rained. The homeowner called the company and they came back out to reseal the flashings. After resealing the flashings the problem kept occurring, causing stains on the inside ceiling of the home, especially around the perimeter of the skylights.

With the homeowner waiting on a call back from Frank Di Paolo, the owner of the company, she spoke to whomever she could reach at the company via email multiple times until finally the company said it was no longer their problem and the damages are now the homeowner's responsibility.

The homeowner would then hire an inspector to verify the condition of the skylights. The inspector verified the skylights were no longer installed properly & more than likely were interfered with, plus the paste that was used for resealing the flashings effectively made the condition worse.

This is a great family owned business that has a high degree of character. I would highly recommend them to your family for your construction needs!

EDP was great to work with. They took care of everything regarding the claim, HOA permits, etc. We've already recommended them to a few of our friends.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I went through 7 (YES 7!!!) Roofers that either came out and then ghosted, didn't even try to help with my open claim, didn't show up at all, etc until I found Ector and Ector Jr. They both were caring, responsive and so helpful. Andrea is the real Rockstar when it came to truly fighting for my claim and ultimately getting my roof when I kept hearing "no", she coached me through to fight for what I was entitled to and I couldn't have gotten my roof without all of their team! They're amazing!

Everyone that we dealt with was very professional. All our questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. The work that was done was top notch. When we noticed a problem with the supplies delivered, they quickly correct the error and got it done right. Most importantly, they dealt with the dreaded insurance company from beginning to end.

EDP replaced our vinyl siding after storm damage. We were extremely happy with their work. Professional, on time, neat and paid attention to all detail work. We get compliments on the siding all of the time now. Very responsive when we contacted them during the process.Absolutely recommend them!

We have had a leak in our rental unit for a while and have had multiple roofing companies come out to inspect the problem and no one would follow up, seemed to know exactly what was going on, or would no show. We were finally referred to EDP and they were amazing to work with. Professional, on time, very communicative, provided a reasonable estimate and completed the job in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using them for other projects that pop up!

Our roof had reached the end of its' life and EDP was recommended to us by a friend who had their roof done by them. My wife and I are thrilled with not only the job they did but their whole hands-on experience from directly dealing with my insurance company, to arranging for and being present at the insurance company inspection, keeping us up to date as the claim progressed and of course the totly great and professional instulation. Both their office staff and workers rate the full five stars and I will recommend them to any who need their services.

We are very happy with the quality of work Ector and his team have done to our new roof. They are honest and professional. They walked us through with the insurance claims, the length of the project and the materials to be installed as well as the warranty. They cleaned up too after completing the installation. EDP was very responsive to our reqest for a roofing estimate. When EDP looked at the roofing & gutters they sugusted we call our home owners Ins. The insurance company came out and said they would put in a claim for the removale and replacement of the whole roof & gutters. EDP's work was timely and very well done. There crews were professional, clean and always ready to answer our questions. I would recommened them to anyone in need of this type f work.

EDP did a great job! EDP roofed my garage, a section of flat roof on my house and repaired a section of fascia on my house. From start up to clean up EDP did everything right. Great crew of workers who care about quality. If you aren't using EDP for your next roof or construction project you are making a mistake. I will be contacting EDP for my next project on my house.

Just had our roof replaced by EDP and they did a great job. The communication with EDP was great thru the entire process. The crew of workers were very friendly, hard-working and professional. They went out of their way to avoid the potential damage of plants, etc on the ground and they cleaned everything when they were complete. Great experience with EDP!

EDP did a great job negotiating with insurance to get the claim approved.
The were very professional and completed the job as promised. Any concerns I had were promptly taken care of. The house looks great and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Showed concerns in getting our needs solved. Great explanation on Insurance versus out of pocket costs and advice on colors etc.... Showed up on time and finished as planned.
Also the replacement of all gutters is done a few days later as planned and done as agreed. Very smooth & Reliable!!!

Would not recommend this company to anyone as they are typical storm chasers who go neighborhood to neighborhood trying to drum up business. While they might get insurance to cover many houses if they do not see enough damage on your house they will cause damage and even destroyed all of my downspouts to make it appear like hail damage. My insurance adjuster immediately noticed the fraudulent damage not consistent with any neighbors or storm pattern and the owner of the company refuses to take any ownership of the damage they caused to my house. Be cautious when allowing them on your roof as they will most likely cause damage in order to ensure insurance will cover the cost.
