What a great experience! Cyle was super responsive to the quick need to have a vent installed on my roof from furnace pipe. Tyler arrived promptly and was super friendly. They used my part and were thorough, along with incredibly reasonable compared to other companies I had called! Will definitely use again!

We had some ridge caps blow off our house after some high winds recently. I called Fresh Page on a Sunday morning and left a message. Within the hour I had a response. The next day my roof was repaired! Unbelievable service! I would, and have, referred them to anyone asking me if I knew a roofer. They do other things and I’ m sure they are done equally as well .

We had hail damage at our house, unknown to us until we had Patrick inspect our roof. Patrick came down from the inspection with dozens of photos showing the damage to our roof, skylights and gutter guards. Patrick filed the claim with our insurance and meant with the claims adjuster, all of the damage Patrick had noted in his report was agree to by the adjuster. After that, all I needed to do was choose the shingles that I wanted to have installed on our house and schedule the start date.
After stripping the shingles, the crew noticed that additional plywood would need to be replaced, new plywood was installed and with the possibility of rain over night the house was covered with tarps. The next day the shingles were installed and the area was cleaned. The entire crew walked and swept the yard and driveway with magnets looking for nails and to pick up any débris.
Everything looks great, neighbors that we don’t even know have complemented on how good the roof looks and how quickly it was completed.
I would highly recommend Fresh Page to anyone who has hail damage to their house, Patrick is very knowledge and professional he can help you through the entire process.

Fresh Page was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process, especially Amanda. From the first meeting, Amanda's personable nature shone through, making us feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. When the other contractor failed to show up as they promised, we were lucky Amanda rang our doorbell.

One of the standout qualities of Amanda was her transparency. She walked us through every step of the claim process and quote, ensuring we fully understood everything. Despite initial setbacks with the insurance claim being declined, Amanda's persistence and thoroughness paid off. Her independent report led to a second inspection, which ultimately resulted in the approval.

During the roof installation, Fresh Page’s installers noticed issues with the boards that needed replacement, and when the insurance initially declined the additional claim, Amanda again didn't hesitate to advocate for us. Her insistence on it being a city code issue led to insurance approval upon reviewing her comprehensive report.

Overall, Fresh Page exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The final installation looks amazing and gave a 40 year old house a new look. Bill Anderson at Fresh Page is a diligent, exceeds expectations contractor! From the first time he introduced himself thru our whole project, even after we had signed off but had some "straggler" issues, he was with us every step of they way. Fresh Page is Roofing, Siding and Gutters, but Bill also helped us thru some AC, chimney & window issues due to hail damage. All of our claims did get approved because of Bill's hard work using verbiage & great photos! He did not use it on our house, but Bill has since gotten a drone which can greatly increase reporting damage. Our insurance company even chose to have their own person come out to inspect an issue and their report concurred with Bill's results. As all of us work daily it is sometimes not easy to call people during the day, Bill was always cordial even when we called in the evening. If we did have to leave a message, it was returned in a timely manner. The owner Patrick & Bill's co-worker Amanda were able to come out on project days if Bill was unavailable. We have gotten many compliments on our finished house.

She was the focal point in getting the job done according to what I feel are my higher than normal standards, meeting them every step of the way. The team knew their jobs well, did their best to protect the surroundings, and extensively cleaned up the site once completed. Very professional, offers high quality products for a fair price. Our experience with Fresh Page was very professional and we are completely satisfied with the work done. Ours is a historic church that sustained significant storm damage involving the roof, gutters, siding, handrailing, windows and screens. The insurance adjuster’s repair estimate was very low and planned only piecemeal repairs. Then I hired Patrick Page, Public Adjuster, who thoroughly reviewed our policy and worked to ensure the insurance company stood behind it. The outcome was fantastic! Everything was completely replaced and/or repaired by very competent, skilled workers. Patrick is pleasant to work with as well as very knowledgeable and thorough, including cleanup after the work was done. I would highly recommend his company.

Amanda was professional in all aspects of the contract. The roofers were extremely organized , worked fast and effectively. The gutter installers did the same. All work was done as expected, and inspected after installation. We were very pleased with the craftmanship and timely manner in which it was performed.

Cannot say enough GREAT comments about this business & service. We originally contacted them to clean our gutters in the Spring. Instead of just putting gutter guards on as requested they advised to replace gutters. We waited until late Summer to install gutters & guards. We were a little disappointed on how the gutters covered our brick house front. They offered to fix and not have us pay until they corrected to our liking. Patrick and the team at Fresh Page Home Improvement were a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and take the time to make sure the homeowner understands the options available. They provided everything my insurance company required and worked very well with the city. I highly reccomend using Fresh Page. A year after roof and gutter installation I had a small leak during a bad rain storm related to my siding. Fresh page came out the same day to determine the problem and scheduled a fix!

The service provided was done professionally and the owner was on site assisting with the install of new gutter guards.

From the start Bill Andersen with Fresh Page was professional and on time and did exactly what we agreed upon. Bill met my adjuster on site to go over the hail and wind damage. The job was scheduled quickly and their crew showed up when mentioned and did a great job from tear off to the installation of the new roof. I was amazed how organized and meticulous the crew was. They worked well together and worked extremely hard until the job was complete. I would trust Patrick and his team at Fresh Page with any work on my house.

My primary contact was Amanda in regards to delivering gutters to my home. As a former gutter installer, i requested the gutters be delivered but not installed as i would install them myself. My experience with the company was one of responsiveness and professionalism. I provided exact dimensions for gutters and they were delivered as defined. There were a few brackets and screws missing from my stated request but the company was aware of this and already working on it and they were delivered days later. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by the company and i would recommend them to others in light of my experience. I was grateful for the responsiveness i had found in this company which is lacking in other companies that i reached out to on the same matter.

Last summer, 2020, we were fortunate enough to snag Fresh Page Home Improvement to tear off and replace our roof and install new gutters with gutter guards. Patrick was super responsive, well informed and professional regarding the entire process. We have a large home but the crew arrived early and worked hard throughout the day and completed the entire install of the shingles. The gutters and gutter guards were done on another day. Everything was terrific and clean up was great. We have zero complaints and only good things to say about this company headed by Patrick and expertly repped by his associate Amanda.

Patrick came out for a estimate, said he would get back to me and offered some tips on how to open my cieling to dry out moisture from an ice damn. Advised me to file an Insurance claim and to call him once it was filed.

Once the claim was filed I called and texted him numerous times. He never responded, ignored my voicemails, emails and calls. I called his office numerous times and they assured me he would call back. Based on how this company is run I assume the "receptionist" was Patrick himself. He and his business are an absolute joke.

Worst part is his best friend referred him to me. If he treats referrals like this I can't imagine how he treats other new clients.

Everything from start to finish of the job was a great experience. My roof was damaged from a storm and they came out right away to inspect. They felt with my insurance company for me and the entire job of replacing the whole roof was completed in one day. Roof looks amazing and the clean up after the job was very thorough. Very nice and easy people to do business with. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Fresh Page could not of been better. Patrick was excellent to work with. We had hail damage to our siding/roof and with his experience as an adjuster helped immensely. Working with Patrick and his team has been a terrific experience. Patrick runs the team from beginning to end and managed customer communications and expectations throughout the process. He provided inspection, documentation, assistance with insurance, and direction to the team through all phases of the project. The installation team was huge, extraordinary, careful, and worked well together. My home was upgraded to meet the latest building roofing codes during the process, which because of his huge team, took one day. On the day following installation, Patrick sent out a painter to repaint the interior tunnels where the skylights had been replaced. They also combed through the plants and lawn to ensure everything from paper to nails had been removed and completely restored. I would not hesitate to use Fresh Page, again!

We did an insurance claim on the roof, gutters, and a couple pieces of siding that were damaged by hail. They were great and made a generally stressful situation completely stress free. Their representatives kept us completely infomed frequently during the process and frankly went above and beyond any contractor I've ever dealt with. They accommodated every request we had even when in one case it required them to make a couple additional trips to our house to get it just right. I certainly hope I'm not in the market for another roof for a long time but I will definitely use them again.
