Writing for my mom Rosie, she really liked Rob because he really treated her with respect as a kapuna (elderly). Rob was never pushy and made sure she understood exactly the process from A-Z. He took time personally to come out to see her several times and made sure she felt at ease every step of the way. This company will do their best to have the home insurance pay the maximum amount so that my mom didn’t have to cough up the total cost! The roof crew were always respectful, punctual, organized and cleaned up daily, they went beyond and above and you could see the unity amongst the staff.
Much mahalo, highly recommend their services if you want to be treated like family and aloha spirit. Price was very reasonable and my neighbor was so impressed watching their professionalism that they also want to get reroofed by R and C Roofing Contractors!

I had my roof replaced on April 11 by R&C. R&C Roofing was very professional from start to finish. Matt Stigliano was the estimator that came to look at my roof. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He offered several options and provided the estimate for the one I chose in a timely manner. The crew that came to replace the roof was courteous, efficient and did a great job. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I called R&C about the workmanship and materials warranties and was told someone would call me back. It has been about a month and R&C has not called me back yet. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would recommend R&C Roofing to others.

They were very responsive and came out quickly within a day of me requesting. They found the source of the leak and were able to complete some minor repairs in about 10 minutes. He did not charge me for this service!

Awesome from start to finish. The estimator (Mat) came by and did an estimate, and answered all my questions. They work with a Solar Panel contractor, so the job went smooth and seamless. They did a thorough cleanup. All R&C personnel were prompt and very courteous, Mat (estimator), workers, and office staff (Janice). The solar panel crew (James) were awesome too. Highly recommend.

R&C roofing is the bomb. The workers were very polite and hard working. No one was standing around, every worker was moving and being productive. They were also super clean and neat. They cleaned up the rubbish and did a walk around to pick up rubbish at the end of each of the 2 days they were there. Matt, the project manager was on it. Throughout the process he was always available to answer my questions and made me feel at ease. I already told my friends and family about R&C roofing for the future. R&C roofing does things right! We have been having Leaking problem about 2 years now !
(Now 2023 December, writing this review)

2 years ago, our apartment started Leaking from the ceiling. Then we found this company.we paid But they couldn't fix anything also they open my ceiling patch wider (look at my terrible their job photo/ attached those unstable patch!! ) they just made messed up my room ceiling!

①they couldn't find where is Leaking point. Is that professional? (They just opend ceiling. Then they didn't anything)

②they couldn't anything '' i can't find leaking point '' but they just made messy part.

③couldn't fix the patch completely mean 凸凹 where you opened patch we can see always when we on the bed. They didn't fix it.

Don't ask this company !! Waist money! they gave us terrible job .popcorn ceiling also couldn't fix Perfectly.

Get back our money!!

天井も綺麗にまともに直せない業者をみんな褒め出て驚くばかり。
ハワイはみんな穏やかで素敵なコメントが多いが、わたしは酷い仕事を彼らがしたあと、カビのアレルギーで咳が出て現在病院に通ってます！

プロの技術が無いし、原因が見つかりませんって言って、ただ汚して帰っていくこの業者が許せません！

わたしはこの雨漏りを2年耐えてます。
次の業者も酷いのでレビューしたら慌てて今日来るとの事です。

This is a 5 star company. They are so organized and very professional in what they do. The roofers worked very hard in the hot sun and completed their work to my expectations. Special Mahalo to Matt who worked with me from the beginning to end. Very awesome customer service.

Great local business. Speedy, accommodating, professional, friendly. They did a great job and even slipped my project in on an earlier date than I originally thought we'd need to schedule. Wonderful team at R&C Roofing!

Great Honest Guys I highly recommend them. They only try to help people and are honest with integrity nothing like The other guys. Ohana Roofing tried to sell me a roof when I didnt need it and so the rumor is Ohana is slow on the job and dont pay the salesman what they are worth.
I highly recommend these good old local boys. They did a wonderful job bring thorough and following up with my needs in a timely fashion.
It's very hard to find a good contractor here on the island.
I worked with A Guy named Richard Sinatra and he was a stand up guy with a great personality who made the process easy.

Rob Pilato was a professional from the beginning when I spoke with him over the phone. He even helped with me bring down the cost of my roof and garage roof replacement. His crew were respectful and efficient in what they do. I highly recommend this company.
