If I were local, I would shop there more often but enjoy the benefits of their online portal and ecommerce offering. Not to mention, the online contractor suite of tools their team offers is unparalleled! Shop local and support small businesses - These guys offer 10/10 service.
Was told 3 months prior to going in green board was $16.99 a sheet. New owners bought the place within that 3 mo and when I went in to buy it she said it was now $30 a sheet (Anaconda where we went to buy then $ 16.99 a sheet) This past summer we went in to order plexiglass and took us going in three times before they finally ordered. My daught went in about 3 weeks ago to order some tempered glass and they told her it would be in, in about 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later we called and they had no clue about the order. We are done with R&C we will drive to Anaconda for now on. Sad truly sad!
One gal is super helpful, while the blonde was just nasty and unprofessional.
There is really no reason to be snotty and unkind when asked if I can order a product.
This is a small community. Take care of us or we can shop in Butte or online.
I’m a big believer in supporting the local stores.
I will not support them if I can’t get good customer service.
I’m not hard to please.
