.. Update 7/23 still no refund I returned the product on 7/7. South location is no help. Call the other location. Talked to a Blake even he said, I understand where you’re coming from. You should’ve had this quite some time ago but He told me as of this morning. They haven’t even processed My return updating to a one star I will never use this company again. Only reason I came here to get shingles for this repair job is because this is the only place that had the current shingles I have . Paid cash for the ticket . Ended up with two extra bundles and decided to return. Come to find out you will not get your original payment back. They said that we will mail you a check in 7 to 10 days. I could understand that if it was a significant amount of money, but this is less than $100. Wish I would’ve known the fine print upfront . Used cash because I thought cash is king . Luckily hundred dollars isn’t going to break the bank but it should go the other way and they should’ve taken care of a customer for less than $100.

Fast unloading, appt time. Best to park in road and check in with office. Try to come in with building on your left or go down and turn around. Otherwise you'll be blindsiding back in off the street with traffic and obstacles. Best to turn around and sight side it. Nice employees.
