A horrible, terrible morning was made much brighter by this dynamic gentleman. His attention to detail and focus on treating customers with compassion is Second to None!
It has been written:

As the warranty manager for custom home builder, I deal in only worst case scenarios.The team here always rises to the occasion. Nick Roberts makes sure each order is on schedule and complete. Andy Freeman is a lynch pin to customer satisfaction success with his experience and can do attitude. Todd Zimmerman leads the entire process In a way that magnifies each individual's strength and maximizes customer service.. The product availability and value speaks for itself. The ability and desire to stand behind the products is just top notch. I definitely recommend Beacon Bullding Products.

Russell Mccormick was great, took our order organized everything we needed to roof our house, and got delivery right on time, and the delivery team organized everything on the roof and no damage to any product. If you're delivering product here, they won't start till around 0745-0800. Like most of these type of places, they load their trucks first. They do unload you pretty quickly, just have to watch out for the contractors, they will try to cut in front of you.
