Had to replace half a dozen pieces of vinyl siding due to damage. They ordered me the pieces and helped me with matching the color. Couldn't be happier. Pieces came in a day or two and perfect match. Not bad for 15 year year old color matching.
By far the best customer service I have seen from any supplier. Best prices out of any local supplier as well.
the worst customer service ever. Bought all of our supplies for our home addition from there. They were great when we were spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. But when the Reeb doors we bought from them were faulty, they would not even help me locate the order they placed with Reeb so that I could work with Reeb on a resolution. They wouldn't call me back and wouldn't even look into their records to try to help. 'not my problem' is what I got from them. I've never left a bad review in my life, but everyone should know how awful this company can be.
