Jared and Lee were so good to work with. They really helped me out as I was in a bind. The quote was very fair and they were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my renos.

Very responsive to my inquiry. The representative that came to my house assessed the needed repairs and quoted an excellent price. He was able to start that very moment and was very attentive to detail. I needed some patch work in my ceiling after a minor leak. I plan to call Quinta Home Improvement in the future as additional repairs or improvements are needed.

Quinta helped us with some electrical and plumbing projects that we had been putting off for far too long. They were great to work with and the quality of work was terrific, we will definitely be reaching out to them again.

Quinta is exceptional. We have been working on a full home remodel for two years with our contractor. We are nearing the end with finishes but getting the subcontractors scheduled has been nearly impossible. We called Quinta based on their Google rating. Quinta is easy to work with, extremely professional, provided excellent work at a great value. Now I am looking at other projects that need to be finished so i can have Quinta do them. And did I mention they were on time and on schedule?

We've used Quinta Home Improvements several times and are very happy with their service. A couple of our projects were a little odd, or out of the box, but Jared had no problem getting them done. Quality is great. Ontime arrival. Great communication. So nice to have someone I can trust to get the jobs done.

We were put in touch with this company to do a repair, through our home warranty, and had to be moved to another contractor! Quinta failed to call and schedule the technician with me, so I called them... no answer, left a message. Called again, left a message, sent a text. Called again. Nothing!! I called them over the span of a couple of days -- we have a plumbing line leak and this needs to be fixed but Quinta doesn't value punctuality.

I have used Quinta home improvement twice on separate projects. Painting and repair projects were done outstanding, on time, plenty of communication (Can you imagine, FROM A CONTRACTOR????)...will use them all the time!

A year ago I had Jared replace the baseboards at a shop I manage, and I also had him replace the baseboards at my house today. I've loved working with Quinta, they are quick to respond, they'll get you scheduled quickly, they even followed up a week after I got the bid because I was postponing my project , but they made sure I got on their schedule.
And I love working with Jared! He communicates, answers all my questions, and makes sure things are done right and to my satisfaction. He's very respectful and kind, and I'm so grateful for him being approachable.

Jared worked quickly to replace 4 light fixtures and cleaned everything up. He was quick to respond and did everything in one visit. Also replaced the roof on my shed. Recommend Jared for all repairs.

I had cabinets installed with sink, faucet and counter top. He gave me an electrical outlet, hung a fire extinguisher and installed two florescent light fixtures. Very well done.

They were easy to contact (phone and text) and very responsive they came out the very next day (on time and gave me a window of arrival). Jared was great, he diagnosed our repairs I received a detailed emailed estimate the same day and when we scheduled the repair they came out the very next day. Jared took the time to show me how to make a door adjustment if needed down the road as well. We had emergency plumbing problem during a holiday and Quinta Maintenance was originally sent out by my home warranty company. He was honest and helped me save money and his work was excellent and quick. Had them come to my home since and have been impressed with his work and low pressure quotes. I have also referred Quinta to friends and have only hear great things about the service and quality of work.

Called Home Warranty and they assigned Quinta Maintenance. They ended up being a little late, but called to tell us which I really appreciate so we weren't left hanging. When Jared got here he was very nice and courteous. Could tell it was a long day and we were probably his last stop. He knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed two problems fast. I found this company from the home depot referral system and it turned out to be a great choice. They not only installed a toilet and sink in my man cave but also did the drywall very well. We did have a small problem with the lines days later but they came right away and fixed it.
If you need a good plumber and then some, Quinta Maintenance will be my go to guys for now on

This company is amazing! I had a major issue with the frame of my front door preventing me from even using it. Quinta came the same day on a SUNDAY! The work was done faster than I thought And you can't even tell there was a problem. They are super nice and go out of their way to help you. You can't beat their high level of quality service. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try because I garentee you will use them again.

Fast and dependable!!! when my home warranty company assigned a company to me that said they could make it out in TWO WEEKS to fix my problem, I decided to contact Quinta maintenance. They were able to come out the SAME DAY. They were very professional, knowledgeable and fixed my problem with no issues remaining. I highly recommend them if you need work done around the house.
