Sloppy work. Unprofessional. Arrived without proper tools.Tv was not properly installed (did not bother using a level) had to argue with him to fix it. The entire point of hiring someone was so that I didn't end up tons of holes in my wall. Left me with a nice little fire hazard (pinched/fried cord) and a mess to clean up. After many phone calls they agreed to fix it. Guy never showed up was very rude over text. Ended up fixing it myself.
Quick And Easy. Hans was in contact and readily available through out. I will be keeping Quick Sidekick in mind for future needs!
