Can't say enough good things about Chase and the quality of his work. Contacted him on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon I have two new light fixtures, a feature wall and a fresh coat of paint.

Chase is communicative, friendly and trustworthy. He was open about what he could and couldn't do, and provided a referral for an electrician to do a small rewire job.

Efficient, and he works clean. He even hung my pictures and whatnot. Left no trash or mess for me to clean up.

Chase is excellent at what he does. Had damaged walls due to furniture delivery mishap and Chase was able to make the stairway look like new again. He also was able to mount our TV on a complicated rock tile fireplace. Would recommend him.

Highly Recommend Zelter Home Projects! We used Chase to spruce up our condo after our tenant moved out in preparation to list it for sale and would highly recommend his services. His Communication was great, he was in an out quickly and did a fantastic job touching it up. He also charged a fair and reasonable price, should we decide to keep the condo I would use him to spruce it up between tenants regularly. We would definitely use his services again in the future.
