Pipelining Northwest

Pipelining Northwest provided GREAT service! Cody came out to scope our sewer line at no cost to us and provided a few different repair options for us to choose from.

We had an unpleasant experience with one of the larger plumbing companies in the area and were faced with an expensive repair (and we felt pressured to proceed right away with their outrageously expensive repair option).

When Pipelining Northwest provided their own assessment on the other hand, we felt more assured of what the repair plan was, what the risks were if we did nothing, and they were very transparent of the costs involved - they even provided a few different repair options to help us decide on the amount we were comfortable spending. Not once did we feel pressured or up-sold.

Pipelining Northwest was easy to work with, communication was professional and timely, and the repair team showed up on time and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

I sure hope we never have to call for a plumber again, but if we do, Pipelining Northwest will be the FIRST call we make next time.

Called Pipelining Northwest in a panic about 9:30pm when I walked into my Moms kitchen that was flooded and water leaking through her light fixtures! Cody took the call, listened and assisted me with a short term solution by walking me through over the phone to shut off the water -which was very gracious of him to do. He then scheduled Derek to come out the following day to assess the damage, diagnose, and fix the plumbing issue. Derek came out as promised, provided a quote and fixed the plumbing in 3 bathrooms. Derek then REDUCED our bill by $200 cause he was very efficient in quickly fixing the issue and took less time than quoted. These guys are freaking AWESOME, very ethical, and will be our on call plumbing company going forward should we ever need plumbing services again. Super awesome, nice guys, would HIGHLY recommend to family and friends.

We had a long stretch of sewer line replaced. Austin and Tyler are definitely subject matter experts and were great to deal with. They had a great price and the on site team was very prompt and friendly. We will definitely be using Pipelining Northwest for future projects.

Called them on Saturday, the answered the phone. Scheduled for Monday to look at my issue, made a recommendation. I went and bought the parts as suggested to save money and Derick was out on Tuesday to get the work done. Couldn’t ask for a faster response for a minor/not urgent issue.

Derek and Steve helped diagnose and solve a floor drain issue for my basement MIL unit. They were responsive, professional, and very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing repairs.

My garbage disposal broke and water was leaking everywhere under my sink. Derrick was able to come out early the next day and had it replaced within 15 minutes!

Contacted Steve in the afternoon, the next morning Derrik came out to repair my toilet which had been clogged for 2 months. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He completed the job within an hour and shared helpful tips on how to prevent this from happening again. Excellent service! If you need a good plumber, don't hesitant to call Pipelining Northwest.

Responsive. Reasonably priced. Honest. We had a clog likely due to failing plumbing in our 64 year old home. We had info from another plumbing that we needed to re-pipe our basement as soon as possible. After our tech Derrik cleared the clog, he ran his camera and gave us a more realistic picture. Yes, we have some work to do but the scope will be much smaller and we have time to plan for it. I am a real estate broker and I immediately added PNW and Derrik to our partner list.

Derrik was fantastic! He arrived on time, quickly fixed my basement sink backup caused by a clogged main drain and explained everything clearly. Professional, efficient, highly recommend!

Cody quoted me a price over the phone for a jet cleaning of our sewer line that was below another quote we received. When he came to look at the job, he reduced the price due to the easy location of the cleanup. Derrick came the next day to perform the service and was very friendly and professional. The root intrusion was more stubborn than expected, but he stuck with it until he got it completely removed. Prompt, courteous, professional communication and service. Pipelining NW is on my recommended list!

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a repair that required a lot of thought and planning to avoid uprooting a tree and due to an unusually long sewer line. I had consultations with 4 other companies and Steve from Pipelining Northwest had the patience and expertise to create the best solution. This is a family business and I was treated like a family member. I also appreciated that Steve spoke to me as an equal which, as a woman, was not always the case with some other companies. Wow. Highly recommended. Fast. Professional. Clean. I can't say enough about Pipelining Northwest. We had a sewer line breakage in our back yard that was 8 feet under a concrete slab. The job had to be hand dug. They are licensed and bonded. Got the right permits and inspections. They did all of the extras to make the job "done right". Steve and Cody were excellent to do business with. They showed up on time, provided an extremely competitive bid, and completed the sewer relining work on schedule. Austin is a pro. He quickly removed roots in our sewer pipe that were causing a blockage, and a backup in our basement shower, when we ran our washing machine in deep fill mode. He is very knowledgeable and knows what and how far to cut given we have a very old sewer pipe. We contacted him because our extended family regularly has Austin, and owner Cody, do sewer work and think they are awesome. They are right! We also met Cody on this job, the owner, and he was great too! They run a successful business because they are honest and most of their business is from word of mouth. They don't try to gouge you.

Extremely happy with their service replacing our main water line. Steve was quick to respond with an onsite quote and his crew got the job done quickly and efficiently. Moreover, they repaired issues that came up that weren't part of the original quote without question or hassle. Very much appreciate the time he and one of his crewmembers spent to explain things. Due to legal issues, my sewer line has been badly in need of repair for three years. The issues were resolved and we had two bids. We chose Pipelining NW at random to give us a third. They came in lower and had a far better solution than the others. Very well experienced folks. They came in quickly and seriously had it done sooner than I ever expected. They only had to dig a small hole, and got it put back like they were never there. Their staff were courteous and professional, their quote was quick and easy to understand- they were a great choice.
