ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I filled out a quick form online for a mold inspection. The owner called me immediately and offered to come over the same day. Right from the introduction I was very pleased and comfortable. He made the entire experience very normal. He spoke very professional, he was very well educated, compassionate, and answered all my questions.
I cannot believe how easy this all was. I don’t think working with any company has ever been so easy. I’m excited to get the results back from the mold test. I feel confident that this company gives nothing but the best service’s because they care about their customers. I will use them again and refer to everyone I know.

Our upstairs toilet was leaking, We did not know it until the ceiling in our dining room showed a water spot and the drywall was crumbling.

Joel and his company came out within hours of my call and put together a plan to clean up the water and drywall. They worked with the Insurance company to get things going.

Quick Response Restoration came in, removed all the water damaged materials, Cleaned and Disinfected and installed blowers to dry everything out. Joel worked with me to find someone to fix everything back to the way it was before.

I believe the damage would have been more extensive if I would have waited.

I hope I never have this happen to us again but I will call Joel and his company if I do!
